Donna was a lifeline for our family during one of the most difficult times of our lives. As we faced the complexity of my dad's illness and end-of-life care, Donna was consistently there-making countless calls, chasing services, and fighting to ensure he received the right care. Her dedication, persistence, and compassion went far beyond what we ever expected. Without her, we would have been lost in a confusing and emotional process. Donna and her team supported us with dignity, care, and genuine empathy-not only for my dad, but for all of us as a family. Her unwavering commitment made a real difference, and we will always be grateful for everything she did. She is more than a carer-she is a true advocate and support for those in need.
Hi Nikki, Thank you so much for your lovely feedback and kind words, I will ensure this is passed over to Donna and the rest of the team, I am so pleased we have been able to support you, during this difficult time.
These past couple of days have been very upsetting due to the sudden illness of my dad. Yesterday, the 30th of September, the staff at In-home care went above and beyond to help my family; we would not have managed without them! I cannot thank them all enough, especially Donna, Coral and Rhianna.
All the staff are wonderful, a great asset to the company.
Thank you all so much for the outstanding care and compassion that you all show. We are extremely grateful to you all.
Hi Sarah, Thank you so much your lovely feedback, it has been a pleasure to be able to support you all as a family. I will ensure your feedback is handed over to the rest of the team.
Review from Jayne (Clients daughter).
Hi Jayne, Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, I will ensure this is passed onto the rest of the team and everyone who has been involved in supporting not only Mum but yourself too.
In-home Care is an excellent example of how a good a caring company should be. From management, admin and carers. My wife and I are so pleased that we changed companies. Keep up the good work.Kind regards
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, it has been a pleasure to support you both through this transition. I will ensure this compliment and lovely feedback is passed over to all members of staff.
The company are very good at treating their clients individual needs. They go above and beyond in all aspects. They are very professional yet on a friendly caring basis. All staff and carers are the best of the best and nothing is ever to much for them. My father has dementia and can sometimes be hard work but that doesn't n hasn't phased any of the carers. My parents are always talking about them with thanks and appreciation for all they do as well as usual as a family. Its been a true pleasure appointing them for my father's care, as they go above and beyond for my mum. They have really helped and reassured us that they really care and I recommend anyone to use them.best of the best in all ways.
Thank you so much for this lovely feedback, I will ensure this is passed onto the care team and to everyone who has provided care for Dad.
Everyone was so helpful and kind which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
I called at 7am in the morning and additional care was in place before lunchtime.
Thank you
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. I will ensure this is passed over to the rest of the team.
We would like to thank you for your compassion and for the professional care and support you provided to my grandmother in her last few months of life. Your carers were always patient, supportive and compassionate, and you where always there to answer our questions.

I would highly recommend In Home care to anyone who is looking for extra support.

From first meeting with the manager, it was obvious they were a professional and caring company.
All the staff that have come to my home have all my details and they're all friendly, kind and patient. If you are having a new health issue, however small, it will be flagged up on the day and management will check to make sure it's been dealt with appropriately.
Very happy to recommend this care company .
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, I will ensure this is passed over to the rest of the team.
Thank you so much to In Home Care for helping us when the people who should have been supporting us, let us down badly. In Home Care came to the rescue when we were really in need. We would recommend them to future clients.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, it has been a pleasure to support yourself and husband. I will pass this onto the rest of our team.
In Home Care were absolutely brilliant and couldn't have asked for more. They set care up for my grandfather very quickly, and were very professional and flexible with additional care when it was needed urgently. Many thanks.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services. It was an absolute pleasure to support your grandfather. Everyone that met him spoke very highly of him. I will share your kind words with the team, this will mean so much to them.
In Home Care has provided fantastic care for both my parents for many years until my mother's passing in September 2023. The care and support given to Mum and Dad enabled them to stay in their own home until the end just as they wished. As well as being practical care visits the carers also engaged extremely well with my parents, both of whom suffered from dementia. Great friendships were formed and the effect on my parents' mental health cannot be quantified. On the few occasions when there were problems they were dealt with quickly and without fuss. As a family, we never felt that we were on a "conveyor belt" as has happened in the distant past. I will continue to recommend In Home Care to anybody in need of personalised and quality care.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, I will ensure this is passed on to the rest of the team.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service my sister-in-law received over an extended period from In Home Care. Her needs were high as she was bedridden, had many medical disabilities and dementia. The staff delivered care that in my opinion extended way above the call of duty, giving her excellent bed care, medical care, practical care and shopping and time for a chat built into her routine. In essence, the best care that someone in her position could have hoped to receive. Many of the carers formed special bonds with her which were invaluable to her mental health. Also having to act in her best interests from a distance they also supported me in every way they could, giving updates regularly and also interacting with a good friend and neighbour of my sister-in-law to enable her to help. I would highly recommend this wonderful service to anybody trying to make a decision over care for a loved one.
Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback regarding the care and services we provided for your sister-in-law. I know how much everyone has enjoyed supporting her. I will share your heartfelt and kind words with the amazing team.
After breaking my femur in two places and needing a replacement hip operation I returned home unable to manage in the mornings when my wife had left for work or at lunch time. We engaged In Home Care who provided excellent service. Each day they helped me dress, put on my shoes, administered my medicines, made my breakfast or lunch, made the bed and washed up. All of this was done by some very kind carers who also checked on my progress and well-being. As I grew stronger and more independent I cut the lunch service and reduced the time of the morning visits until I felt I could manage. The care package got me through a very difficult period, followed a thorough assessment of my needs and medical history and gave me the reassurance that someone would call and check I was ok. I would strongly recommend In Home Care.
Thank you so much for this lovely feedback, I will ensure this is passed onto the rest of the team.
My elderly Mum has dementia but thanks to the excellent care shown by the Horndean team at In Home Care she is able to stay living independently in her own home. For the past year, she has enjoyed three visits daily. In her words, "It's like having friends visit me". As well as looking after Mum's care needs, preparing her meals and ensuring she has her medication, (even organising GP visits if required), each carer takes the time to have a warm, friendly chat with Mum. Dementia is hard on everybody, not just the person who has it...In-Home Care has made a positive difference to the whole family.
Thank you so much for this lovely review and your kind words, I will ensure this is passed on to the whole team.
As a family it is important to have trust and confidence, In Home Care gives us that. They are well-organised and carers take great pride in their role.
Any feedback is always listened to. Particularly for my dad's requirements and assurance of consistent regular carers, the rota coordinator has managed this very well. I am very grateful for the excellent communication that has been given and the pride in delivering the best care possible to my dad. She has gone above and beyond on many occasions, to ensure the family and my dad is treated with respect of his wishes for commitment to regular carers. This puts his mind at ease which I appreciate can be a challenging task for the rota coordinator to consistently deliver: but she does!
I would recommend In Home Care to anyone considering a care provider in the Waterlooville area.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, I am so pleased that we relieve the pressure from yourself with communication and regular carers for Dad. I will ensure your feedback is passed on to the rest of the team.
Mum, therefore, needed someone to be with her overnight and come in early the next morning until they came out as she is nearly blind, hard of hearing, has heart issues and has just been diagnosed with the start of Alzheimer's.
I called In Home Care and explained the situation at 4.30pm in the afternoon and their lovely Rota lady said leave it with me let me see what I can do. Well within 10 minutes bless her she was back and had arranged overnight cover from 10pm-7am and also got Mum's normal carer to come in at 7-9am until the engineer arrived at 8.45am.
I was so impressed, relieved and grateful that In Home Care could sort in such a short amount of time and were so caring and wanted Mum to be safe.
I would definitely 100% recommend them to anyone wanting to use a care company.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback and I am glad we could help at such short notice, I will pass this feedback on to the team.
They are also liaising with my parents' GP and pharmacy on my behalf.
All the staff are professional, supportive, approachable and caring.
Thank you so much for all your lovely feedback, I will pass this on to the rest of the team.
I'm pleased to say all the carers who attended my mother over the course of last year were very attentive and supportive of her care needs. They all ensured Mum was provided with fresh water and other juice drinks for the day and encouraged her to drink when they were with her. Any concerns were always reported straight to us and their office immediately for the appropriate action to be taken ie:- when Mum suffered a couple of falls. The emergency services were called to attend and the member of staff always remained with Mum until they, and us, could attend. Offering a calming voice to Mum in her time of distress. Overall, I would definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for a good local, independent care company with a team of very kind, considerate and attentive carers. The administration of the company is also excellent with an easy system in place for payment of the bills.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, it was a pleasure to meet you and Mum and to be able to support her to remain at home. I will be sure to pass this feedback on to the whole team.
If I didn't have carers then I would hardly see anyone or go out of my flat. They were outstanding during the pandemic and gave me some normality in a time of great stress.
Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback to us, I will ensure your feedback has been passed on to the whole team.
