We have always been treated with the utmost kindness and understanding when dealing with my daughter. The carers are excellent and I feel I can leave my daughters care with them without any worry. The carers are prompt and polite and take care to find excellent places to visit on the social aspects of my daughter's care package.

In Home Care provides carers for my Mum twice a day. They are always kind, helpful and chatty with Mum which has enabled her to stay in her own home for the last 2 years. When Mum had a leak in her bathroom in December, the carer stayed to help out and rang me so I could get it fixed.

Mum is reluctant to have people in her home but despite this, she tells me they are nice.
If I have one comment of a negative sort it would be that the carers that see Mum need to improve on communication with each other sometimes. It would appear that some messages do not get passed on. A minor problem and should not put anyone off from using this fantastic company.

They have always tried to maintain continuity because she has very poor sight, but all the carers have been kind and lovely.

I find carers extremely helpful on the whole. What I would like to perhaps change is regular care staff, so that you get to know them. All staff are helpful. The carers have been very helpful in meeting all my needs.
We have been pleasantly surprised at how quickly the Carers have been able to build a rapport with Dad. We thought he would find it difficult to accept any help, but he looks forward to their visits and has been able to retain some independence with just their watchful eye and support when he needs it.

Very pleased with my care. I have carers visit me 4 times a day and they are all so helpful and kind. My carers go the extra mile and really make me laugh. I find that the carers have very good communication with each other and the office. Any problems with my equipment is quickly solved or a alternative plan put in place. WELL DONE TEAM!

The carers were happy to take her out in their cars, (which she really enjoyed) or walk with her on her mobility scooter. They brought in bread or milk when Mum was running low.
She enjoyed the time with the carers who treated her more like a friend than a customer (which was exactly what she needed).
On occasions when she felt unwell, they contacted me and were always very helpful and professional.
I felt the whole agency went the "extra mile" and both Mum and I were very happy with the service provided by all members of the agency. I would recommend this care agency since they appear to really care.

The regular carer is extremely patient with nan, keeping her calm and happy. Keeping a regular carer is important for an older client, and this is normally met by In Home Care.

‘My name is Coral, I have been working in the care sector for nine years, and I began my career as a Carer. I’ve enjoyed learning all the aspects of care, enabling me to progress to a Senior Carer and then achieve my ultimate goal of becoming a Manager. As a Manager, I still really enjoy going out to provide hands-on care to support our Clients. I continuously strive to develop my range of knowledge in my position at In-Home Care to ensure I and my team deliver the highest standards of care possible. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family.
Paul did not originate from a care background, being a carpenter by trade. He first experienced 'care' when he was a teenager, his grandmother moved into the family home, and his mother cared for her until her death. In later life his own mother developed Dementia, she was moved into various nursing homes by social services. Knowing what he knows now, his mother could have stayed in her own home. Paul enjoys cooking, music and visiting new countries. He describes himself as laid back with a good sense of humour.
Claire founded the company with Paul Reynolds in 2011. Paul and Claire were business partners prior to starting In Home Care. After experiencing inadequate care within her own family, Claire felt compelled to take a leap of faith and start a care company providing good quality care to people in their homes. Claire has two dogs, she loves spending time with her two grandsons and family; watching a good movie or going out for something special to eat. She describes herself as conscientious, committed and hardworking.
