Good afternoon, thank you so much for your kind review lovely to hear how pleased you are with our service. I am sorry to hear you have not had the same experience at times with our rota team. We have identified there has been an occasional breakdown in communication when changes are made, we have introduced additional procedures to ensure going forward our communication is back to our usual high standards.

‘My name is Coral, I have been working in the care sector for nine years, and I began my career as a Carer. I’ve enjoyed learning all the aspects of care, enabling me to progress to a Senior Carer and then achieve my ultimate goal of becoming a Manager. As a Manager, I still really enjoy going out to provide hands-on care to support our Clients. I continuously strive to develop my range of knowledge in my position at In-Home Care to ensure I and my team deliver the highest standards of care possible. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family.
Paul did not originate from a care background, being a carpenter by trade. He first experienced 'care' when he was a teenager, his grandmother moved into the family home, and his mother cared for her until her death. In later life his own mother developed Dementia, she was moved into various nursing homes by social services. Knowing what he knows now, his mother could have stayed in her own home. Paul enjoys cooking, music and visiting new countries. He describes himself as laid back with a good sense of humour.
Claire founded the company with Paul Reynolds in 2011. Paul and Claire were business partners prior to starting In Home Care. After experiencing inadequate care within her own family, Claire felt compelled to take a leap of faith and start a care company providing good quality care to people in their homes. Claire has two dogs, she loves spending time with her two grandsons and family; watching a good movie or going out for something special to eat. She describes herself as conscientious, committed and hardworking.
