In Home Care Ltd: Finding the right type of care either for you, a friend or an elderly relative is something that many of us, at some point, may have to undertake. Researching the various care options available will enable you to make the correct choice. Of course there are other issues and challenges to consider, such as having the initial conversation with your loved one regarding their care needs. Understandably, they want to keep their pride and most importantly their independence and at the outset they may refuse to accept they even need care. Then there are the conversations relating to how the care can be funded, discussions relating to wills, power of attorney and so on. Challenging times in deed for all concerned, In Home Care's aim is to help you achieve the right result for you and your loved ones. This will be achieved on an individual basis and to best suit your personal circumstances. Carers will guide and support you every step of the way; from initial consultation to guidance on financing care, through to developing a personalised care plan, experts are there to provide you with the support, guidance and advice you or your family require anytime. Can help with all types of care for adults 18 and over.

The carers are generally very good indeed. For the last six weeks, we have had a live-in carer, who is also very good. Before that, we had a carer for a few hours every day. My wife has Parkinson's and Dementia. It was better for her if we knew who was coming and that there were not too many changes
of carers. On both these counts In Home Care failed. Too often there was a stranger at the door. These carers sometimes knew nothing about Parkinson's and had to be briefed by me. They also knew nothing about my wife's needs nor about the house hold. So it could be up to an hour before the carer started caring for my wife.

Carers from the above agency have consistently tried to help my mother in a caring and in a dignified manner. Unfortunately she is a very difficult person and can be uncooperative and aggressive, despite this, both carers and management of In Home Care Ltd continue to assess and look at ways to assist
her to stay in her own home. For which we are very grateful.

My husband and I are very very pleased with the care provided by our carers. They are so helpful in every way possible. They almost always come on at the times stated, and they are very careful when we are washed or showered, being very gentle, kind and respectful of our ages.

Generally satisfied but if main carers are away, there are sometimes problems. If new unknown carers are sent, it is then hard work for my parents to have to explain everything: e.g. where the cups are kept etc... Much better to have a small regular team of carers.

The care provided by In Home has been of the highest quality. I first used them when I had a broken wrist and now have them twice a week for a shower and hair wash. They also change my bedding and do washing for me. All the carers are professional in their approach and are very easy to get along with,.
Very helpful if I need something a bit out of the normal requirements. all the carers are easy to talk to and its a pleasure to have them.
