The carers have been wonderful with Mum, showing care and compassion with her really friendly and helpful.
The app that they use is great to see how the visits went and any things that I needed to know were in there.
The team as a whole run a very good and smoothly run service.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, it's been a pleasure supporting your mum and family at a very difficult time.
Without the In Home Care staff and carers, who I have found in over three years to be caring and compassionate, I would not have been able to give my parents the quality of life at home that they deserved. At times of medical emergencies, the carers have been knowledgeable and calm in handling the situation and in normal times the laughter and stories during visits brighten up the lives of my parents. I have no hesitation in recommending the staff at Horndean In Home Care.
Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback regarding our services. It has been a pleasure supporting your parents. I will ensure to share your kind words with the team.
She trusts them and enjoys the chats.
Personally, I could not cope without their care.

It is so nice to hear we not only support mum but also yourself.
I know all the carers enjoy visiting mum each day.
I will pass over your kind words
Only one suggestion would be please contact the service user when you change times, as we have arrangements in place for the time advised, eg golf Tee off times verses vanishing times to be back for staff leaving.
Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback on the service provided. I am thrilled we provide an excellent service. I have noted your comment about being notified of care call changes. We have a new system and Co ordinator in situ so you should see an immediate improvement. This feedback will be shared with the team.
We cannot recommend In Home Care highly enough. Apart from being efficient, listening to the client’s needs and adjusting to changes in those needs, the carers who come into our home were a pleasure to have around. There was always a phone call to tell us if a carer was going to be later than the appointed time. Those who came in became friends that we looked forward to seeing twice a day. After an extended period in hospital, In Home Care was unable to fit us back into their schedule, but while in hospital they called not only to check on their client’s health but also on my well-being. A huge thank you to everyone at In Home Care.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services I will be sure to share this with the team.
My father has advanced Alzhimer's/Dementia with poor hearing, occasionally displaying challenging behaviours and requires prompting, guidance and reassurance as he goes about his daily routine. In Home Care has been instrumental in providing a care package that meets these needs, offering continuity of care personnel experienced in the area of health conditions. The supplied professional quickly established a relationship with my dad, achieving optimal compliance with his morning routine. As his condition has progressed over the past four months, the care professional has displayed versatility and compassion in interacting with my dad in order to facilitate the maintenance of his toiletry and hygiene regimes.
Thank you so much for taking the time to feed back on the service provided. I know the carers attending have built a great relationship with your dad. I will be sure to share this feedback with the team.
I will always be grateful to those who looked after him as he clearly was very happy with them, which in turn, stopped me from worrying about him.
Thank you so much for the kind review. We are glad that we were able to help put your mind at ease whilst providing care for your father.
She is always treated with kindness and respect and has built trusting professional relationships with all of the support team.
Thank you so much for the kind review, I will be passing the compliments on to Mum's carers. They thoroughly enjoy being able to support Mum in her own home.
We have received excellent service. The team are very diverse, but they are all polite and amusing and get on with my husband very well. They are very competent, and we would recommend the team to our friends and family.
Thank you so much for the kind review. We are so glad that your husband is getting on with your team of carers so well.
No complaints at all.
Thank you so much for the kind review. Our carers thoroughly enjoyed being able to care for and support you in your own home.
I always look forward to seeing my carer on a Friday who helps me with my shopping. Always cheerful and we have a great laugh. I have had the same carers for many years and she knows the procedures never missing the sweet aisle! she pushes the trolley for me and reaches the high shelves. I cannot manage without her help, great support and a special carer.
Thank you so much for the kind review, its lovely to hear that you carer supports you shopping and never misses the sweet aisle! (This is the best aisle of course!)
Mum was happy with the care she’d received for her once a week visit. As of today, she has had two visits as the home care has just started. She has requested another visit on a Thursday or Friday and this is in hand so hopefully will start soon
Thank you so much for the kind review regarding the new package of care we have arranged for your mum.
In Home Care have helped to look after my mother for the past couple of years. I found all the carers to be very professional but also very friendly, kind, helpful and very caring towards mum. They always treated mum with great respect and dignity. I cannot fault the care they provided and in my opinion, they always went the extra mile. They helped me through a very demanding time which was made even more difficult due to Covid. I would highly recommend In Home Care to anyone who wants to keep their parent/relative in their own home for as long as possible and assure them that they will receive the very best of care.
Hi, thank you so much for the kind words. It was an absolute pleasure to care for and support your mum to remain at home.
I really really am impressed with all the carers that tend to me. I call them all my angel's wonderful girls. They help me get through the day as I am living on my own. I am very grateful to the whole company, very helpful in all departments even help with the doctors and nurses visits.

We would have no hesitation in recommending In Home Care to family and friends.

Hi Larraine, thank you for the lovely review. It’s an absolute delight caring for your mum.
My mum has been supported by In Home Care for a period of 4 months requiring live-in, domiciliary and waking night care involving 10 different carers. All of the carers have been lovely, cheerful, respectful and professional, sometimes under difficult circumstances. I would have no hesitation in recommending In Home Care and would like to thank them for the support that has been provided to my mum.
Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to review the care we have provided for mum. I am delighted that all carers have made such a positive impression. I will be sure to share your kind words. It has been a pleasure to support you all.
Mum has got used to her ladies coming round and likes a chat with them which is a relief for me.
Your feedback means a lot.
Lovely to hear we support not only mum but you also.
The carers are very helpful, cheerful and always wear the aprons, gloves and masks. In most cases, they are on time and always spend the full time with my husband.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services, your feedback is important. I am glad the carers that visit are helpful, cheerful and wear appropriate PPE.
In addition, the carers provide a window to what is happening in the local area as well as the world which keeps their minds active - there is also a lot of laughter!
In the current pandemic, the company has continued to keep me up to date with the changing Government Covid-19 protocols for both carers and clients in order to keep everyone safe. I have no hesitation in recommending In-Home Care Ltd.
This absolutely warmed my heart. This is exactly the essence of the care we provide. We are very happy we can support you and your parents in such difficult times. Thank you for taking the time to feed back regarding the service we provide it means so much.

Paul did not originate from a care background, being a carpenter by trade. He first experienced 'care' when he was a teenager, his grandmother moved into the family home, and his mother cared for her until her death. In later life his own mother developed Dementia, she was moved into various nursing homes by social services. Knowing what he knows now, his mother could have stayed in her own home. Paul enjoys cooking, music and visiting new countries. He describes himself as laid back with a good sense of humour.
Claire founded the company with Paul Reynolds in 2011. Paul and Claire were business partners prior to starting In Home Care. After experiencing inadequate care within her own family, Claire felt compelled to take a leap of faith and start a care company providing good quality care to people in their homes.
