Prestige has taken care of my husband for the last 12 months. I can honestly say that I have had no issues with the company, they are always cheerful and polite. They know my husband's needs so well and have a good rapport. Being contacted if they are running late for any reason, is a credit to the
company.

The care that I have had so far for my son has been good. Carers are understanding and accommodating. My son seems to be content with the care that he is receiving so far from your carers.

Prestige provided excellent and consistent care for my daughter until she died. They were able to accommodate our care requests, whether they were in hospital or at home. All staff were friendly and helpful and built positive relationships with my daughter.

Sadly, my husband passed away in March 2017, but for a month prior to that, I am pleased to say he received personal care from Prestige that was of the highest standard. The care and dignity shown to him (and to me) throughout was unparalleled. They made a most difficult and emotional time, (end of
life care), much more manageable. I will be forever grateful.
