The office staff and the carers where all very approachable and I was very happy with the standards provided
Mum has formed a lovely bond with her carers; they know her so well, any health issues are identified and acted upon quickly for the best outcome. Communication is excellent and we feel fully supported as a family.
The team of carers we had for mum were so kind and supportive to my mum and our whole family. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made every effort to help us cope with the emotional and physical impact of mums Alzheimer's disease. Our family were confident that the care team would act in mums best interests at all times. They adapted mums care plan to reflect her needs at each stage of her condition. They showed care and compassion and it was very obvious to us how much they loved looking after mum. There were a few carers who were regulars to mum & dads house and I would like to thank them in particular. Even when mum was in her final stage and after she passed away they remained in contact with us, came to hr funeral and have visited my dad several times since then. It means such a lot to our family to know that mum was loved by everyone who knew her and the continued visits to see dad are testament to that.
We've had home instead helping Dad with day to day companionship, care and cleaning for some time now. Really can't fault them. The staff are so lovely and actually care. It's very reassuring that when we're in work he's being properly looked after. I have recommended them to several people looking for the same service.
I think Home Instead is wonderful, which means I can stay in my own home. All the carers are very patient and understanding. It's so nice to have a chat with them.
I am happy with both my carers and Home Instead in general.
Home Instead became like family and we were so grateful for all that they did and the exceptional support you provided; not only to our mum, but to us too as a family.
Each and every one of us in the family would recommend HI to families looking for a care package for their loved ones. We found HI through a recommendation after using two substantial care agencies, and we are more than grateful for the first class care that was provided.
It was never too much for the team to go the extra mile and could always manage to fit in extra care if we needed at short notice.
Sadly mum went into hospital and needed 24/7 care so is now in a care home, but we will be eternally grateful for the first class service, care and professionalism we received from Home Instead.
Really pleased with the care my Dad receives. Carers are always on time and do anything we ask, and take an interest in him as an individual.
Absolutely first class service, such a relief to know mum is cared for, thank you.
I have had excellent service from my care workers.
Care has been excellent. Carers couldn't have done more - One raised my spirits, another nothing was too much trouble and another carer was a welcome face every visit.
I am happy with Home Instead.
Delighted!
I'm happy with the service. The carer is wonderful.
Very good service.
The carers are lovely and are making a real difference to Mum's life at home.
I have a good wash and try to look my best and face the world.
Excellent service, girls are very helpful.
Very satisfied with the service. I would tell everyone to use this service.
Very caring and professional. Mum likes all the Care Pros who visit her (this is something I find amazing as she can be quite difficult to please!) I have had good reports from Mum's doctor and nurse from the Memory Clinic, they have been very impressed with the level of care and compassion.

Meet the Team (2)
I was born in Huyton and have spent most of my life living and working within Knowsley and Liverpool area.
After graduating from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Political Science, I began a 25 year career with one of the major high street banks. After the banking crisis, I realised I no longer shared the values of the banking sector and decided it was time for a change of direction.
I wanted to use my commercial and managerial experience to make a difference to peoples lives. In particular I was attracted by Home Instead unique focus on companionship, having experienced at first hand the impact of loneliness and isolation amongst elderly people.
My role is to manage and grow the business, by building strong relationships within the local community with groups and individuals who have close links to the elderly. I will personally ensure that my team deliver the highest standards of service, and put our client's interests at the centre of everything we do.
Hi, my name is Shauna.
I started as a Care Professional with Home Instead in 2014 and progressed to the position of Field Support Officer before I became the Deputy Care Manager, and I am now the Registered Manager
I have completed the NVQ Level Five in Leadership and Social Care, and I am always looking at ways to improve my knowledge and skills within the care sector.
I enjoy working for Home Instead Senior Care because of their culture and values: it's so nice to have the personal touch. I had never worked in care before and am so grateful for this job as it gives me real job satisfaction knowing our clients are receiving the best care in their later life. We really are changing the face of ageing.
I have a little boy who is 5years old, he keeps me busy, and I love being a mum. I enjoy spending time with my family and our little dog.
