As a family, we chose this agency on recommendation from a family friend. From the onset, we found the team very helpful in accommodating our needs for Mum. The team delivering the care were professional, caring and very helpful, and with their help and care, we managed to keep Mum in her house till she died. They all had great empathy and often laughed with Mum which was a joy for us as a family.

Home Instead have been supporting my dear friend for the past 18 months. The caregivers are very dedicated and caring - they will always go that extra mile to ensure their clients are safe and secure in their own home. The team in the office is equally professional and responsive whenever I contact them. Quite simply, we couldn't cope without Home Instead!

Mum had a fall last December which greatly reduced her mobility. As a previously active person, who regularly walked and used public transport to get around, the impact on her life was significant as immediately her world became smaller. Living so far away we were unable to expand her world ourselves. However, since Home Instead became involved mums world has opened up again as her Caregivers not only accompany her on therapy appointments but also take her out and about. Mum is back loving life again and having great adventures. We cannot thank the team enough as mum is not only back doing the things she loves but has also got experiences to share with us when we ring. It was the best decision we made getting this company involved. Our heartfelt thanks to the team.

It was reassuring to have this service involved when I was not able to visit each day. All staff were friendly, caring and understanding of the needs of the client and her family. They were available to contact by phone or email to discuss concerns and responsive to changing times and organisation of the visits to suit the client's needs.

Your organisation was recommended by a doctor friend. Your services have enabled my relative to maintain her independence and dignity for the last two years. I can confirm your staff/carers are totally professional and carry out their duties with compassion and understanding. Regular review meetings are carried out in a friendly and open manner with any problems discussed and resolved. Any actions from the meetings are quickly put in place. I would recommend your services to anyone who is struggling with their lifestyle and requires help with home independence.

I was introduced to Home Instead 3 years ago when I was seeking a companion for my elderly father. From the outset Home Instead responded promptly to my request and we have not looked back since.
