From a few hours a week to 24-hour support, services include personal care, medication support, companionship, help around the home, shopping, cooking and more to anything that is needed. Home Instead Enfield also support hospital discharges, respite, overnight, and live-in care, and specialise in complex needs such as Respiratory, Stoma, Catheter, PEG Feed, and Diabetes Care.
Home Instead Enfield understands the importance of familiar surroundings and relationship-led care, which is key for those with dementia in particular. Very caring from start. Initial interview informative and helpful. Carers emphatic and helpful like family. Fortunately, my mum improved which the carers played a large part in, and no longer needs them but would definitely use again in the future if needed. Highly recommended.

We have used a number of care agencies and while the carers are generally good, the agency management, communication and organisation is almost universally appalling. Bad for the caregivers, bad for the care receivers.

Staff were very helpful and the agency management was always willing to answer any concerns and put me at ease. Good value and not expensive. I feel at ease knowing my father is in good hands and being looked after.
