The costs of Home Care will vary depending on the type of care you need, how often you need it, and where you live. We offer everything from short visits to 24 hour Live In Care. If you have more complex needs, you may need two Home Carers per visit, so we can provide a cost for this too.
Live-in Care is generally considered to be a cost effective alternative to living in a care home, whilst still providing a level of independence. Everyone’s needs are different so the costs of Live-in Care can vary depending on the level of care required. Unlike other Home Care options, the costs of our Live-in Care remains the same wherever you live across the South of England.
We adapt our Home Care services to suit your specific requirements. Our Home Care costs include a personalised care plan, ensuring your care suits your needs, wishes and budget.
We want to make arranging Home Care as simple and easy as possible. When you contact your local Team, we’ll work with you to design a customised care plan. Once you choose our service, your care plan is kept under constant review so that it continues to suit you.

At the moment the service provided by your company is extremely valuable to me as I am still affected by the Shingles virus which makes my right arm extremely painful, especially when involved with the lifting of anything heavy, especially shopping. You provide a very pleasant carer who sees me on

I live 2 hours from my 88-year-old mother who is restricted to her home. The company have never let me down. They accommodate to changing circumstances and let me know if they see a problem arising. When my mother fell they did not panic but efficiently dealt with the situation. I can honestly say that
without this group of skilled workers I could not leave my mother to live independently.

When our regular carer is off, the service becomes difficult, time keeping wise, because we have standing appointments at set times. When we rang the office, because the carer was 20 minutes late, we were told that 'the carer had logged herself out at her last call and she would be with us shortly'.
As the office knew she was running late, it would have been a good idea to ring the next client to warn them?

All the carers have been extremely good. Attending to all my needs and helping to give me a sense of security and care. They have always been first to recognise when I was going through a period of illness and when necessary to insist on medical attention.

Most carers have a good rapport with client although the few don't make any effort. Most are helpful when clients ask for help but always the same few let the client and other carers down by not wanting to do more than they can get away with and yet no one checks to see how things are running.

Excellent service with professional staff, I always get the service I require from the management team to the carers.


Social services have cut my visit time from 1 hour to 1/2 an hour so it is difficult to get the full care but the staff at Alina Homecare do their best to fulfil my needs.

I am very happy with Alina Homecare, they support me as much as they can. My regular carer is fantastic as is my field supervisor and the manager. I don’t know what I would do without them. It was very difficult for me to accept that I needed help just as it was to accept my disabilities at first. Then
I was with a terrible care company and this made everything even worse, causing my health to deteriorate rapidly. Then Alina took over a year ago and now we are managing to get things right most of the time which hasn’t been easy due to my issues and not getting the correct support from other agencies which leaves Alina's hands tied but they are doing their best which is all I can ask for. I don’t feel I would get as good treatment from another care company as they really do actually make you feel that as a client they ‘care’ about you. I would definitely recommend Alina Homecare to others.

I have had some bad experiences with numerous agencies, to the extent that I refused any more. Following another hospitalization, I was talked into giving this agency they had found me a try. Enter Alena Homecare in Guildford. Wow, from the word go they were just amazing.. The genuine, friendly nurses,
the care is five star. They actually listen and notice when I'm feeling low and they always have me laughing, which honestly helps me so much. They integrate with my family members so well, especially my grandson who has autism and if we ever have to ring the office it is always answered promptly and courageously. I would like to wish Alena Health Care Guildford a very happy 2nd birthday. Simply the best.
