Very good and adaptable to our changing needs.

The service is efficient and helpful. They were able to adapt the package of care to suit my parents. The carer was kind and understanding of emotional needs as well as the practical physical needs required.

Reliable carers. My mum built up an excellent bond with her carer who was very compassionate and treated my mother with dignity, fun and humanity. When we found the carer who got on best with her, every effort was made to send her every day.

I am confident that my mother is being very well looked after. All her carers are delightful and caring. Mum smiles broadly at them when they arrive. SureCare (Coventry & South Warwickshire) is well managed. They are flexible and highly organised.

We have only been using the service for a couple of weeks so far. The support workers that we have met have been kind, caring and considerate to my daughter's needs.

Overall service is good. Care workers are coming on time. If someone is not available, new workers cover those sessions so that the kids don't miss those hours. There is only one thing I would recommend for my child - if SureCare can provide more experienced workers for more severe needs, then they can manage it well without bringing them back home before time ends. SureCare should apply for funding for kids so that they could explore more activities so kids don't get bored.

The team take time to match carers to the right people.

When I started with SureCare (Coventry & South Warwickshire), I had new carers and my son had to get used to the new carers. At first, it was not a very nice experience for me and my family welcoming them into my home, but I am used to them now. One of the carers is the best, she is really good for my son and we are really pleased.
