We understand at Nash Homecare that flexibility is needed in care as things arise suddenly or sometimes things just don't go to plan. It is our duty to keep families aware of any concerns we have as we find when working in partnerships, if everyone is on the same page, this helps to give the client the best possible care and outcomes for the individual. We can also then direct you onto any further help or support that may be required.

Helping to support nan with her wish to remain living in her own home, is why we do what we do here at Nash Homecare. Our carers are trained to notice certain indicators that may lead to further medical decline, for example, ill health, urine infections, pressure sores etc, and actioning these findings with immediate effect is crucial to benefit the clients wellbeing.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We pride ourselves on many things but one is to be responsive and I'm glad you felt this was the case with us at Nash Homecare. We understand from a client and family members point of view when you are completely new to care it can all be a bit too much to digest, hence why we try to make everyone feel comfortable and have open and honest discussions regarding the care package that the client requires and also how we can provide this ongoing. It's great to hear the care has been excellent, and that the continuity of care also helps to reassure yourself and mum. I will be sure to pass on this fantastic review to the carers involved.

It is really positive to hear such great feedback with regards to the services we provide here at Nash Homecare and how it is appreciated by not only the clients we care for, but for the family members also. We understand how frustrating it can be for clients when they are medically fit to come home from hospital but unfortunately, there is no care provider to step in and help, this is why we have adapted ourselves to be able to be responsive and turn care packages around quickly but not missing any key information and at no detriment to the client's care.
