They were very helpful and considerate and not at all reliant on time especially the very young and trainees. Even the more experienced staff were 100% on their toes.
The special care needs have changed over time and with careful dialogue with family members, the care package has been designed to meet the needs of everyone. This has been achieved and now everyone involved is part of the care, ensuring my father is looked after in a relaxed manner. The staff are supervised and guided using the daily updated diary.

From the first moment when my son made the appointment to meeting a member of staff, I found the interview with her most reassuring. She was helpful and kind and each time I have had cause to contact them I have had the same treatment. Each carer I have had has been cheerful, helpful and willing. When I came out of the hospital, I was given some carers who were useless, so I asked where I could get good carers and a Physio recommended the company who took over. I have been very pleased with the service.

We have been using Nash Homecare to provide help and care for my mum for several years now and have found the staff to be kind and considerate at all times. Mum has carers four times each day and on the whole, this works very well although some of the timings do seem to go a little bit wrong at times, particularly at the weekends. She is well looked after and feels confident with the care she receives and has built up a good relationship with the carers, some of whom have been looking after her for many years. The support provided is much appreciated by her family.

We have found Nash Homecare very professional. They have made sure that the specialist stoma care needed for me has been covered within their agency. The carers, who have visited us over the past weeks, have all been suitably dressed and equipped for their duties which also covers any other household tasks they are asked to perform within the time allocated.

Mum was very reluctant to have carers to help out and started gradually having some help each morning. As she has become less able, she now has the carers in to shower her every week day morning, do lunches and then her evening meal and get her ready for bed. Nash Homecare have been great as she has the same carers in the mornings in the week and usually the same person to then do lunch and tea. These women are really brilliant. They are really caring and have infinite patience. Mum absolutely loves having them and they have become an integral part of her life and people she can absolutely trust and rely on in helping her to go at her own pace when undertaking very personal care tasks.

My Mother, 94 years old and fiercely independent, recently had a minor illness requiring me to be with her for 3 days. During that time I acted as her safety net and we continued with the home care provided by Nash. I was thus able to witness the standard of care and treatment provided. It was exemplary. Not only highly professional in terms of female personal care and hygiene, all 4 careers I witness were well organised, efficient and got through a lot of work in a short space of time. They were also extremely warm and friendly with my Mother and obviously understood her needs extremely well. All in all, I felt my Mother was very well provided for by the Nash organisation. The staff are very well trained, highly reliable and very knowledgeable. I am sure my Mother is in very good hands and I write this in true gratitude as, living 75 miles away, I rely on Nash for her ability to live independently at home.
