Nash could offer flexible care depending on family circumstances and were easily contactable to discuss my mother’s needs and changes in care level if needed.
Staff were always friendly and positive and we will miss their input.
I cannot praise and thank you enough for the care you provide for my mother, especially in these difficult times.
My mother sadly died in January but she had received many years of excellent care from the carers at Nash. She became very fond of her carers who always treated her with respect and maintained her dignity.
Once it was established what was needed, fine. However, some staff inexperienced and not helpful - no idea what's needed. They used the job as a filling in job while waiting for their next experience eg travelling or further education. One member of staff was exceptionally good.

Nash have provided excellent care and support to my mum following an osteoporotic fracture to her spine in April. Previously, she was completely independent and they have treated her with dignity and respect and encouraged her to do as much for herself as possible. Staff are always friendly and Mum looks forward to their visits. My sister and I are reassured that Mum is in safe hands.

I have been very impressed with the care and support given to my mother. The dedicated team always ensured the safeguarding of my mother and ensured that her care plan was adhered to.

Struggling to cope, it took a crisis for me to be allowed to investigate options for local care.
Initially, I felt overwhelmed, but after reading the different agency websites/ CQC reports - Nash Homecare soon stood out as our first choice.
Right from our initial contact the office staff, were extremely helpful, clearly very knowledgeable and well organized.
An assessment went ahead, and due only to the skill and diplomacy of the member of staff, my parents agreed to ''give it a go''
The following week my father sent me an email saying 'There is no need to worry, we are being well looked after, by the Nash Carers'
All of the staff are well trained, extremely friendly, thoughtful and go that extra mile on every visit. They seem very happy and clearly enjoy their work and genuinely understand the needs of their elderly clients.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and am exceedingly grateful.

Unfortunately, my father was unable to use your services for long due to his admission to hospital for a prolonged stay. However, I would like to thank you very much for the superb care shown during the time you helped him. The carers were helpful, kind and friendly and took time to talk to my father about things that mattered to him which is so important. The office team were also so helpful, kind and understanding. I have no hesitation in recommending Nash Homecare and hope that we will be able to use your services again in the future.

They were the only care agency that asked about my mum's background, interests and hobbies so they had something in common to talk to her and engage with her about. Not only do they visit and look after her and ensure she eats properly but they take her out shopping or for coffee and cake whilst I work in the week.
Always responsive, I think they are just brilliant and as a daughter, it’s taken a huge amount of worry away from me. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

Nash Homecare have looked after my Mum for almost a year now on a daily basis and I can highly recommend them. She has dementia and the care provided has always been very understanding, kind and efficient. The backup and organisation in the office is excellent; any changes, queries or requests are always handled promptly and efficiently. No visits have ever failed to happen. As I live quite far away, it has been very reassuring to know that the care is reliable and that Mum is being so well looked after. The fact that the carers are not constantly changing is also very helpful, as she sees the same 2 or 3 people, which in her condition helps avoid unnecessary confusion.

The carers, most OK, not all. I found that the time I was given for AM visits was not kept to that time. Improvement has been made since I commented about it to the team. The person who did the rotas were at fault, not the carers. Perhaps poor managers.

I love having someone to chat to every day, makes my day worth getting up for, she helps me to wash and dress, she makes sure I keep my dignity and then makes sure I have my meds and makes lovely food for me. We have been delighted with the service. All the staff have been kind, professional and as a 90-year old, my partner has been treated with respect and dignity at all times. There was a hiccup timing the visit, this has been resolved compassionately and we have been reassured our slot will be 7:30 am as originally agreed. We did try to be flexible (early/late) but that didn't work out for us. We are very grateful, thank you.
