Kind and caring staff who treated my mother with respect and maintained her dignity for a number of years as her health gradually declined. The manager, Safia, is always very responsive, deals quickly with any minor issues and consistently goes the extra mile. Thank you.

I employed Caring lane to look after my elderly neighbour who suffers with dementia. I found all the carers very kind and genuinely caring even when her behaviour could be quite challenging. I especially appreciated the continuity of care for the twice daily visits, which I find is really important for someone with dementia. The manager was always very responsive and supportive with any issues I had. I would definitely recommend this small agency.

Caring Lane is a very well managed agency, providing excellent carers. Any issue can be discussed with the manager, who will always try to find a solution together with you. The carers are all reliable and well trained, and we have been lucky that most of the carers allocated to us have been a very good match in terms of personality and ability. I have been in contact with three girls since I started using Caring Lane about a year ago and I have found them all to be friendly and cautious. They are hard-working and they do whatever you ask them to do without any problems or arguments. I enjoy their company when they are here at my flat every fortnight.

My friend who suffers with end-stage dementia and whose care I help organise, has received daycare from Caring Lane for the past 5 years. The care provided has been consistently good, delivered with love and compassion. We've had the same group of staff caring for my friend throughout that time giving the continuity and consistency of care my friend so needs with her condition. One of the best things about Caring Lanes is the quality and involvement of the management team. I always know if anything isn't going to plan in my friend's care, or if I have any concerns at all, including with outside agencies that a manager will step in to make sure the issue gets sorted. This has been an enormous source of support to me over the years.
