This was a great service. The carer was always warm & kind. Very respectful. My mum liked the help. She was happy, no complaints. I would recommend the services especially for people who live alone. Was good to have carer come in. Mum is thankful. Continue the great service.

We have been using Caring Lane for over 5 years.


My mums care needs have severely increased due to her progressive neurological condition and the Caring Lane team have always accommodated our needs with utmost care and attention.


The management have made sure all carers were well trained to support

mums needs for eg Catheter and use of all medical equipment like electric hoists.


All carers are so lovely and warm and attentive to her care needs, the carers treat mum like their own mum which makes the family so happy and gives mums so much independence to be in her own home and have a degree of control over her life.

I employed Caring lane to look after my elderly neighbour who suffers with dementia. I found all the carers very kind and genuinely caring even when her behaviour could be quite challenging. I especially appreciated the continuity of care for the twice daily visits, which I find is really important
for someone with dementia. The manager was always very responsive and supportive with any issues I had. I would definitely recommend this small agency.

Caring Lane have been providing care for my elderly father who has dementia, since Jan 2024 as he was unhappy with his previous carers. My niece and I shortlisted 4 companies and interviewed all 4.
From the start, Caring Lane came out on top. The staff are warm and caring and always happy to go the
extra mile and provide the best care dad could wish for. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

My friend who suffers with end-stage dementia and whose care I help organise, has received daycare from Caring Lane for the past 5 years. The care provided has been consistently good, delivered with love and compassion. We've had the same group of staff caring for my friend throughout that time giving
the continuity and consistency of care my friend so needs with her condition. One of the best things about Caring Lanes is the quality and involvement of the management team. I always know if anything isn't going to plan in my friend's care, or if I have any concerns at all, including with outside agencies that a manager will step in to make sure the issue gets sorted. This has been an enormous source of support to me over the years.
