Fantastic service provider. Listens to requirements and meets them, would definitely recommend. Makes such a difference when you have someone providing care that treats your loved one as though they were their own family.

My sister had been in hospital for ten weeks and then in a respite home for three weeks but was desperate to go back to her own home where she lived alone. When she first returned to her home, she was hardly mobile and had carers from Caring Lane three times a day. She quickly improved and they helped
her regain more mobility by taking her for short walks outside. She was gradually able to do more and more independently and now only has one carer a day, who helps her get up and washed and have breakfast. She can then cope for the rest of the day. The carers are just what the name implies - caring and concerned for my sister's wellbeing. I would not hesitate to recommend Caring Lane. It has helped my sister to retain her independence and to give me peace of mind knowing that someone sees and helps her every morning.

My carers have always been very punctual and always have a smile to make me feel better. They are always very nice and I don't think that I can say any are rude. I have lots of friends that I call in and they really get on with the carers and tell me how lucky I am to have them.

All the careers go above and beyond, my sister thinks the world of them, brightens up her day, they are so helpful and always willing to help on hospital visits, a lot of those, it’s like having friends in the house. The manager is a brilliant lady perfect for her job.

My mum broke her arm.
Caring Lane came out the same day I called them. The carers started the following day.
My mum was very happy with the care provided and said the carers were lovely.
They were reliable and never let us down, always arriving at the agreed time. They were happy to assist my
mum with help around the home as well as personal care.
Absolutely brilliant service and would definitely use them again.

Health and safety issues were discussed in depth as were environmental concerns. A care plan was established where every effort was made to meet my needs, both in help and time allocation. The carer was shown the routine which was expected before the caring service began. I felt well looked after and
confident about the standard of service I was to receive. I can highly recommend Caring Lane Ltd to others.

My mum has dementia and Caring Lane care for my mum, before them I tried many different agencies but we stayed with Caring Lane because they listened to what we wanted and did things just the way we like. Also, they are handy for emergency call-outs and last-minute changes. The manager is very helpful
and even helps with dealing with its GP and social services. When they're with my mum I know she's in safe hands and I can leave her for a while and go about my life.

Caring Lane currently look after my nan an hour every other day. I cannot fault their service. They are friendly kind and ensure my nan is left clean comfortable and she really likes the carer that has been provided. My nan is a very proud lady and they have got her more mobile and I would highly recommend

Caring Lane assisted me in my recovery from pneumonia after I returned from hospital. The staff were compassionate and understanding as well as encouraging. Whatever I asked for was done and with a smile.
The level of hygiene was high when they prepared my meals and then eventually helped me to prepare
my own. I was impressed with the management as when I had one problem it was rectified straight away.

Following a tragic incident that left my brother paralysed, our family faced deep struggles to find trusted carers that met his needs. As a qualified nurse at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, I took on the role of delivering his full time care needs. The incident was the inspiration for the founding our company and enabled the birth of Caring Lane Ltd. Our experiences and core values show we are more than just a care agency; we are a family.
