I've used a few home care companies over the last few years for my two elderly parents. All I'll say is they haven't been up to my standards. However, we were introduced to Mrs O's, what a great team of carers, everyone that attended my parents house were outstanding, so caring and even if the job that had to be done was completed early they'd sit and chat. One particular person (male) he kept saying he's a fantastic man and one time asked if he could stay longer, thank you. My dad is currently on his own and loves it when they come in, it's four times a day he's guaranteed someone to chat to. I can not recommend them enough, it's a tough job they do but they do it professionally and with amazing care. Thank you all

Staff are all lovely, caring and helpful, often offering to go above and beyond their duties! They all treat my 91 year old mum with respect and dignity, and she likes to see them every day even though she is trying to stay as independant as she can. Would thoroughly recommend mrs o's to anyone.

We have used Mrs O's for the last couple of years for my brother. All carers have been absolutely fantastic, he thought of them all as friends. He was placed on end of life care in February and every carer was outstanding and did their very best to make sure he was as comfortable as possible. They all went above and beyond for him and for the family as well. Their support is appreciated by us all, we are so grateful. They are a credit to mrs O's and themselves, amazing people

Mrs O's are an excellent homecare provider. All the carers go over and above to make sure their clients are well cared for. They see to all their needs in a very friendly and professional manner.

I can't fault the care I receive with Mrs O's. All the staff are so friendly and kind and can't do enough to look after me. I have had dealings with other care companies but none compare to Mrs O's. The staff are very well trained and make you feel at ease as it can be a little nervy letting strangers into you house to care for you intermitley but the ladies are great at making you feel comfortable.

She looks forward to a consistent team of carers. Their kindness and reliability coupled with their cheery conversations, brightens her day. I have peace of mind knowing she is safe and happy.

The service and support given by the carers from Mrs. O's has been key to our ability to care for Mam on a daily basis. Their professional and experienced care has been invaluable as Mam's condition has worsened over time. We could not cope without them at times and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

All the carers are very friendly, calm and caring, efficient and confident in what they do. They have good conversations with myself and my wife and all like our dog, who is very friendly.

Thank you so much to the wonderful carers who supported my mam, our family and me for nearly 3 years. You all enabled mam to stay at home throughout her illness which was her wish. Thank you to the manager and the team in the office who coordinated any requests as time went on. I have carers twice a day for tablets and general care. I find them very caring. I like a chat and get that daily to break up my day being lonesome, gets boring so that means a lot to me.

My nanna has Mrs O's in for a while now, they are always professional, caring and always on time. My nanna treats the girls like her own family. 5-star caregiving, nothing is any trouble when it comes to my nanna, they go above and beyond.

The carers are excellent could not fault them. We have no problems.

She had cancer and was given a year to live. Her carers were amazing with her and went the extra mile, like nothing was too much. They had such a caring attitude when I rang the office, they could not have helped me enough. I could not say thank you enough. They were lovely until the end. I would recommend them to anyone.

Cannot thank Mrs O's Caring Hands Homecare enough for the care they gave my aunt following her discharge from hospital. The girls were amazing with her and she really loved them all. She had previously had very bad experiences with other care agencies but Mrs O's restored our faith. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
