It is a pleasure to have your staff in my home. They are polite, courteous, clean, and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. I look forward to them coming. They are always happy and cheerful. They do not leave anything left undone. I wouldn't change them for anyone. That is a fact.

This company has a high class of good carers and high-class office staff. I would recommend anyone looking for a reputable care company to join as we have had Mrs O's for a year now with no complaints on my behalf - excellent!

At this present moment, I am quite happy with the service I receive.

The team from Mrs O's came to look after my dad at my home. From the office staff to the carers, they really looked after us as a family, helping us to adjust and answering any queries etc, and most importantly really caring for Dad. In general, we got the same girls looking after Dad, who were always caring, cheerful, patient and kind. I can't rate them highly enough, as they were the best company I dealt with by far. Mrs O’s Caring Hands Homecare staff provided excellent care with an extremely caring attitude towards my mam and myself. Care was provided for Mam 4 times daily by 2 carers at each visit, generally the same 4 people carrying out the care. The support given allowed Mam to remain in the family home for her last 2 weeks of her life. This was the last 2 weeks of December which meant the carers were visiting over the holiday period and always came in with a smile. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mrs O’s to any family needing care. Forever grateful.

The carers who come in to help my mum are caring, considerate and patient, they put my mum at ease when dealing with her care needs. They don't rush her and always have time for a smile.

I have nothing but praise for the carers who have attended me. I have found them kind, considerate and extremely helpful and could not have done without them. Also, have not had this kind of care prior to my recent illness so very well done.

Respectful and caring staff who are friendly and willing workers and appear to be happy in their work. Very helpful in helping to solve worrying problems. I do recommend this service to other people where necessary.

Have only commenced using this provider recently but am very pleased with the care provided. Having had experience of other care homes for my late husband I would rate it very good.

We are now in a routine and staff changes are few, which suits me very well. This helps me maintain my independence and their support enables me to continue living at home.

Excellent service delivered by very compassionate and empathetic staff. Support to our Mam has been wonderful and has extended to wider family. Nothing is too much trouble and requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Kindness care and thoughtfulness is delivered on all aspects of service and dignity respected in all aspects of service shown to Mam. Consistency and continuity has been paramount in Mams care and this has been given even at times of difficulty.
