Mrs O's Caring Hands Homecare, provide night shift care and some day care services to my mother, who suffers from dementia. My mother is more settled with the new provider and is very happy with the service provided. All her needs are catered for and she seems more happy in her home environment. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the owner and office staff of Mrs O's Caring Hands care company. This has been a good change of provider and we are very pleased with the outcome.

My Mum and Dad both use Mrs O's for personal care in the Morpeth area. The overall standard of care is excellent. The carers are punctual, friendly and professional. They have helped our family during a, particularly difficult time. I can't thank them enough.

The care makes us so comfortable and at ease in our own home.

We had total confidence our Mam was in good hands. 2 special mentions, 1'st one to carer who visited Mam on a Friday morning & had to call paramedics, she was brilliant with her & stayed with Mam until they took her to hospital, 2'nd one is the director who rang me immediately to let me know what had happened, she totally put me at ease, liaised with hospital on our behalf keeping us informed every step of the way, she even visited Mam the next day in hospital taking her her favourite choccie's. Myself, my sister & our Mam are more than happy to recommend Mrs O's Caring Hands Homecare amazing ladies.

The girls in this company are fantastic! they cared for my grandad who thought the world of them and sadly passed away just over a week ago shortly after this followed my grandmother the day after. The girls took the time to attend the joint funeral and bought lovely flowers. I couldn't recommend this company enough the love and caring they all have is amazing!

Our family has used Mrs O's Caring Hands for the last 6 months. We cannot praise them enough for the outstanding and professional care they have provided to my in-laws. Every week, they have gone over and above what was expected of them....and with the help of the Director and Registered Manager, we have managed to keep my father in law at home for as long as possible. My father in law would call these lovely ladies 'his lasses'.....my father in law ended up having 24 hour care at home and between Mrs O's and the family, we managed to put a fabulous care package together where family and carers worked as a team....one special mention must go to a senior who had to end up calling an ambulance for him through the early hours of last Thursday morning.....she kept him calm and liaised with The Director at the end of the phone at 4 am whilst waiting for the ambulance. He had a massive heart attack....we thank you for this, he is doing well and has now settled in his new nursing home.

This is only the beginning of a journey I'm about to support my grandmother in, and she's always there at the end of the phone. Worth your weight in gold.
