As registered manager I am responsible for the day-to-day running of a homecare or domiciliary care service. Also for ensuring that our service meets all legal and regulatory requirements, and that it provides quality care for our care recipients.

As a registered manager I am registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in order to work in this role, and I have relevant qualifications, experience and training to do the job properly. I am also responsible for supervising staff and ensuring that they receive adequate training and ongoing support.

I have seen the difference that outstanding care can make to peoples lives and I am passionate to ensure that our carers go above and beyond.

I joined Bridgewater Home Care (and the care industry) in 2020 after a career in the accountancy world. It was a big change of direction for me, but I love working alongside the Bridgewater Family and helping to deliver a service that means so much to those in our local communities.

Sally is our Brand Compliance Manager for the whole Bridgewater Home Care network.

Summer is a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Specialist at Bridgewater Home Care in Bolton. With a natural warmth and deep understanding of the needs of older adults, she brings comfort, companionship, and expert support to every client she works with. Known for her cheerful nature and unwavering commitment, Summer goes above and beyond to ensure each individual feels valued, respected, and cared for. Her positive energy and genuine love for her role make her a truly treasured member of the team.
