Kay Loft has worked as a Care Supervisor at First4Homecare since 2018. She brings more than 15 years of experience in care and supports both clients and care staff to ensure care is delivered safely and to a high standard.

Kay regularly checks care quality, supports carers in their roles and helps ensure care plans are followed correctly. Her role helps families feel reassured that care is closely monitored and that any concerns are identified and addressed promptly.

Charlotte is a Team Leader at First4Homecare and has been part of the service since 2018. She brings over 15 years of experience in care, having worked across home care and support roles before moving into leadership.

Charlotte supports care staff and helps ensure care is delivered safely, respectfully and in line with care plans. Her experience and hands-on approach help families feel confident that care is well supervised and consistently supported.

Gus Saggu is the Director and Nominated Individual at First4Homecare. He is a qualified accountant with over 35 years of business experience. Gus is responsible for making sure the service is safe, well-managed and financially secure. His leadership helps ensure care is reliable, properly overseen and able to continue long term, giving families confidence in the service they choose.

Nicola supports First4Homecare as the HR and Payroll Manager and has over 15 years of experience in health and social care, alongside more than 10 years in payroll and accounts. She ensures carers are paid correctly and supported properly. This helps retain experienced carers, supporting continuity and dependable care for clients.

Shelly brings 30 years of experience in finance, including 10 years within healthcare. She ensures the service is financially stable and well-managed. Her work helps protect the continuity of care, reassuring families that support will not be disrupted.

Faisal is the Head of Marketing at First4Homecare. His role is to make sure families clearly understand the care services available and how support can help them or their loved ones. He focuses on providing clear, honest and easy-to-understand information, helping people make informed decisions with confidence. Faisal’s work ensures families feel supported from their first enquiry through to choosing the right care.
