I would also add that I have always found the manager accessible - she is happy to discuss any issues on the phone or by email and she has been extremely flexible in adapting or adjusting the service her team provides as and when required.

The manager happily initiates discussions with us about adjustments to the care plan, and she and her partner are clearly nurturers, and willing to disagree with my sister and I on our father's care needs. There’s trust both ways, and an ability to adapt.
I really was doubting whether our father could continue living at home. However, the manager and her staff have exactly that possible.
