Heritage provided exceptional service to mum. Rarely now do you find companies that provide an outstanding service. Before they helped, I was unable to cope alone.
Heritage go above and beyond the call of duty. When I was at crisis point, they took time to discuss mum's ongoing care, their professional
contribution was second to none, without that, it could have been a much different outcome. This was not advantageous for Heritage either, as mum now needs full-time care, so this truly reflects how focused they are on achieving the right level of care. They are a credit to the caring community, care being foremost in everything they do.
On days when mum was agitated the ladies treated mum politely and with dignity and even helped me to cope!
They have a true affinity to their caring provision, the ladies visited mum in their own time in hospital too on occasions! Without their help and professionalism, mum wouldn't have enjoyed living in her home as long as she did. Thank you so much.

We realise that so much of the service we provide is to the whole family and not just the person for whom we are contracted to provide care to. I am very impressed by the service provided by the manager and her team at Heritage Healthcare. They have looked after my Mum for nearly a year now, doing shopping (when allowed - my Mum finds it difficult to 'let go' at times), checking medication has been taken, sorting out the odd emergency and generally
looking after her well-being. I have found it very reassuring that somebody who we trust has been looking after my Mum and doing it so professionally. My wife and I also find the notes on the site up to date and informative.


I would also add that I have always found the manager accessible - she is happy to discuss any issues on the phone or by email and she has been extremely flexible in adapting or adjusting the service her team provides as and when required.

My father is elderly with Parkinsons and dementia and unfortunately, my sister and I do not live locally.

Once I approached Heritage Healthcare and spoke with the manager, the whole process of organising the care package was smooth and driven by her. I never had to chase her up nor ever felt that
I wasn’t being understood.

The manager's staff are hardworking and empathetic towards my father and have all quickly formed an easy, trusting and friendly relationship with him.


The manager happily initiates discussions with us about adjustments to the care plan, and she and her partner are clearly nurturers, and willing to disagree with my sister and I on our father's care needs. There’s trust both ways, and an ability to adapt.

I really was doubting whether our father could continue living at home. However, the manager and her staff have exactly that possible.

For our peace of mind and our father’s care, I’m extremely glad that we have Heritage Healthcare on board.

I have been very happy with the service provided by Heritage Healthcare over the past year.
I have acute arthritis and was diagnosed with Parkinson's three years ago.
The help and support provided have been first class. My carer who comes in twice a week is never late and always breezes in with a
smile!
I live on my own so things have not been easy, but a lot easier now!

I am extremely happy with the care Heritage Healthcare provides. The carers are very approachable and helpful and would do anything for my dad. The manager keeps me informed on a regular basis and the carers will contact me if there is a problem or need to know something.

I found Heritage very friendly, easy to contact and discuss needs. They are very reliable, caring and professional in their approach.
A full review of requirements was carried out prior to the first care package and the cost is reasonable and competitive.
Unfortunately, my son passed away but I will
use their services again should the need arise in the future.
I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone seeking private domicilliary health care.

Excellent service especially at such short notice. I would always highly recommend this service to any of my mother's friends or members of the family, as and when they need care. The care gives a sense of peace of mind in the knowledge that a loved one is being well looked after.

I contacted the agency at Christmas time to avail my husband being released from hospital care in Lydney. The home care team were extremely helpful to me and pulled out all the stops at this busy time to enable us all as a family to enjoy a lovely Christmas all together. I am very grateful.

Mum began with one visit a day and eventually had four visits a day from her carers. Mum was introduced to each carer before they took up duty and formed a good relationship with them all. The manager was extremely approachable and flexible when each additional visit became necessary. The carers
always arrived on time, with a smile, were very friendly and gentle, and made Mum feel comfortable in their care. The support we received enabled Mum to remain at home for a few months longer than we had thought possible and was an enormous help to my sister and I. Mum looked forward to their visits and when it finally became necessary for her to move into a Care Home, she was sorry to have to say goodbye.

We have been using Heritage Healthcare (Gloucester), for over a year now to help look after my Mum who suffers from Parkinson's disease. The team at Heritage Healthcare (Gloucester) are extremely reliable and also very flexible in being able to provide extra care when needed. The manager has been very
understanding of Mum's needs and has been able to offer guidance and support to us with regards her care requirements and the changes that have been required as Mum's condition has progressed. Communication between Heritage Healthcare (Gloucester) and ourselves is very good, with the manager always keeping us updated.
I would not hesitate in recommending the manager and her team at Heritage Healthcare (Gloucester).

We have received care for mum the past few months now and are very very pleased with the standard received. The staff and management are exceptionally professional, kind, polite, friendly, helpful, resourceful and well presented. Nothing is too much trouble and we are kept well informed on how mum is

This agency has been helping me for some time now with my husband who has dementia. They are very reliable and flexible.
The carers are professional and efficient and treat my husband with kindness and courtesy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The manager and her team are all very caring and hard working.
They always turn up on time and tend to every need my Mum requires, and then some!
They all understand my mum's health issues and monitor her and keep me updated if she has changed which is very reassuring.
I would recommend Heritage

The manager and every one of the team of carers brought reassurance, safety, humour and practical good sense to a very fraught situation - an unsafe hospital discharge. The manager’s experience informed our decisions every step of the way towards resolution of this challenge. She supported me and my
sister and made the greatest contribution to the confidence and reablement of our mother. We learned so much from the team! She manages her colleagues brilliantly, treats them fairly and rewards them properly. This gave us what turned our to be justifiable confidence in her and the care she offers.

The manager and her team stepped in at very short notice when my fiercely independent but very frail mum was discharged from hospital with leg ulcers, bed sores, a catheter and other problems. They were astonishing.
Mum really wanted to return to live at home on her own, despite everything, and my
sister and I had tried to make it possible. The Heritage Healthcare workers were a dependable tower of strength, and without them, we would not have lasted a day. When Mum was at her most difficult, the carers were able to deal with the problems calmly and kindly. They were always respectful of Mum's wishes - but persuaded her to accept help when most needed.
Their support meant that when we had to make the decision that the situation was not safe enough to continue, we knew that we really had done everything we could. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Having needed carers for several years due to physical disabilities I have found my current provider extremely efficient and friendly. As well as the personal care they help with shopping and keep my house tidy. Making and changing the bed. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend
them.

The care that my mother receives is amazing. The staff are always very caring and respectful to her. They are also so supportive towards me and always take the time have a chat and ask how things are going and always go out of their way to help in any way they can. Last night my elderly aunt who is a client of Heritage Healthcare found herself without heating and electricity. I was very impressed with the service we had from Heritage in sorting this out. Fiona’s career within the healthcare industry has spanned over 30 years. Having previously worked in clinical practice as a Nurse and spent time in healthcare marketing, sales and training, Fiona went on to work for blue-chip medical device companies where she was instrumental in the development and delivery of clinical training programmes. Utilising her knowledge and experience, Fiona then went on to run her own company, providing healthcare training and consultancy and working with care professionals to provide both mandatory and specialist training. Fiona now takes the role as both Director and Registered Care Manager of Heritage Healthcare Gloucester. Her extensive skill set and leadership qualities enable Fiona to lead and support her Care Team.
