I was very impressed with Heritage Healthcare when they, very quickly, provided care for my father. His care was complex and they did everything they could to support him and the rest of our family. Communication was excellent and they adapted very quickly to his changing needs. The staff are very caring and supportive. I would recommend this company and I have not hesitated in contacting them to now provide care for my mother.

The Heritage team have been wonderful in caring for Mum. Although they only supported us at home for 6 weeks, they really got to know her likes and dislikes and we are full of praise for them. The ladies are so kind and caring, show great initiative and deliver care in such a friendly way, that Mum really responded well to. On Mum's good days, it was a joy to hear them all laughing together. Many thanks to the manager and team.

From the beginning, which was 18 months ago, Heritage management has been professional and responsive to all our requests. Nothing was too much trouble even when my mother-in-law changed her mind about what she wanted. Care workers were patient and kind. Any changes to the care workers' schedule was always communicated and feedback sought to ensure the good quality support continued. Any additional support required with cleaning and laundry were completed regularly. Medication was managed to help ensure it was taken each day. Meal requests were supported and care workers always tried to ensure my mother-in-law was satisfied and enjoyed her food. When we were on holiday staff purchased any food requests and ensured we were informed when required. The management's communication by email, text, telephone and taking the time to explain things to my mother-in-law was excellent. Any concerns were always dealt with in full and quickly to our satisfaction. Care workers were friendly and kind.

The carers that come to care for my dad are thoughtful, kind and hard-working. They chat and reassure him every day and help him with tasks large and small. I have just started using the app and I really like to be able to see the small interactions each day. The manager takes a personal interest and will spend time chatting to me on the phone if there is a particular problem or task that need attention.

Every morning I am greeted with a smile. Everyone is very helpful. I have my lunch prepared every day and little jobs are done to help me.

I was very grateful to Heritage Healthcare for the speed at which a care package was put in place and professionalism displayed by both the management team and carers at a time of great need. The patience and empathy shown to both the relative requiring care and other members of the family were greatly appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending this care provider to others.

They have a true affinity to their caring provision, the ladies visited mum in their own time in hospital too on occasions! Without their help and professionalism, mum wouldn't have enjoyed living in her home as long as she did. Thank you so much.

I am very impressed by the service provided by the manager and her team at Heritage Healthcare. They have looked after my Mum for nearly a year now, doing shopping (when allowed - my Mum finds it difficult to 'let go' at times), checking medication has been taken, sorting out the odd emergency and generally looking after her well-being. I have found it very reassuring that somebody who we trust has been looking after my Mum and doing it so professionally. My wife and I also find the notes on the site up to date and informative.

I would also add that I have always found the manager accessible - she is happy to discuss any issues on the phone or by email and she has been extremely flexible in adapting or adjusting the service her team provides as and when required.

The manager's staff are hardworking and empathetic towards my father and have all quickly formed an easy, trusting and friendly relationship with him.

I contacted the agency at Christmas time to avail my husband being released from hospital care in Lydney. The home care team were extremely helpful to me and pulled out all the stops at this busy time to enable us all as a family to enjoy a lovely Christmas all together. I am very grateful.

Reliable, sensitive and accommodating to changes in visit schedule. The manager got to know dad and us from the start and works hard to provide regular staff and we have trust and respect for the care offered.

Mum began with one visit a day and eventually had four visits a day from her carers. Mum was introduced to each carer before they took up duty and formed a good relationship with them all. The manager was extremely approachable and flexible when each additional visit became necessary. The carers always arrived on time, with a smile, were very friendly and gentle, and made Mum feel comfortable in their care. The support we received enabled Mum to remain at home for a few months longer than we had thought possible and was an enormous help to my sister and I. Mum looked forward to their visits and when it finally became necessary for her to move into a Care Home, she was sorry to have to say goodbye.
