My husband came home from hospital in October and he was very poorly, I was introduced to First4Homecare and I found them to be very caring and understanding what was needed for my husband. They are very professional in their work but also friendly and very kind to both myself and my husband. All the
staff are fantastic and I can’t thank them enough for what they do.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. First4Homecare is extremely well run and the carers are kind, patient and caring, always with a smile. We asked them to help with Dad’s personal care, enabling him to stay at home with his wife. When Dad developed covid-19 and lost mobility over a bank holiday
weekend, both The Care Manager and the carers went ‘above and beyond’, doubling up for each visit as he needed two carers, and adjusting the timings of visits for changing needs quickly. I can't thank the Care Manager enough for her organisational skills, leadership, proactive approach and she worked alongside her carers when needed. Communication was excellent with the Open Pass app so, even at a distance, we could gain a good understanding of how Dad was at each visit. The Care Manager was also in close contact when Dad's needs were changing and liaised well with the Occupational Therapist. First4Homecare certainly live up to their name and I would highly recommend them to anyone

When my dad was in need of urgent home care in order to leave hospital following an operation, I contacted the Director at First4Homecare Ltd who very quickly arranged a visit to meet and formulate a plan for us. Initially, visits were for dad’s personal care and to ensure he was eating but the carers
also took on a bit of cleaning and ensuring my mum had some attention too. Both of my parents were suffering with early dementia and after discussions with the Director, another plan was formulated to incorporate visits for them both which worked really well.
Sadly mum passed away a few months ago which meant dad had to be moved into residential care. The Director and staff members attended the funeral which really meant a lot to me. I feel mum and dad were special to them too.
I cannot praise the Director and her team highly enough; I am so grateful for everything they did in the twelve months or so of caring for mum and dad and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them 100%.

I cannot praise First4Homecare highly enough. The manager leads an exceptional team who are professional and caring. They treat my husband, who is bedbound with advanced dementia, with respect and maintain his dignity at all times. However busy they are, the calls are never rushed. The procedure in
place to prevent cross-infection, with coronavirus in mind, is strictly adhered to by everyone, giving me peace of mind. My husband needs two carers four times a day, and it feels as if friends are visiting each time, as the carers are so friendly and helpful. I really feel supported in a way I have never felt before. I know I will be able to continue to care for my husband with the support from First4Homecare.

The manager and everyone in her team did such an amazing job helping us look after my grandmother in her final weeks of life. I can't thank them enough for the physical and emotional help they gave to our family and my grandmother, it really was great.

The team have been caring for my 90-year-old mum with dementia since April, so stepped in to help right at the start of Lockdown when we thought it would be impossible to get care. Mum loves their twice-daily visits - she sees the same small number of lovely carers who make sure she has her pills, meals
and drinks. They do home cleaning, washing and changing beds, and most importantly sit and chat with her. Having this high level of care in place has been such a relief for the family. Also we receive feedback and any concerns very efficiently, but only when necessary, and all tasks are noted daily. I highly recommend First4Homecare!

When my wife was in urgent need of assistance I called upon Heritage Healthcare Gloucester. The response was immediate. Within an hour the team leader was with us. A plan was formulated and care commenced that day. We quickly got the team of carers and I can honestly say that without their help my wife's
wish to remain at home would not have been possible. The whole team was most courteous and in full control of the situation at all times and often exceeded the agreed call durations. It was a massive relief to me to see my wife was in such capable hands. Exceptional care by a wonderful team. I will never be able to thank them enough. The least I can do is pass on this recommendation with total confidence.

I came into contact with Heritage when my Father in Law was in the end of life pathway at his home. The carers attended four times a day and treated him with respect and cared for him to a high degree. My wife (his daughter) and I became friends with all the carers during the short period of six days
before his passing. The carers showed great empathy and involved us in all aspects of his care. We could not have asked for better carers at his difficult time. The care manager could not have been more supportive to us.

Heritage Healthcare look after my 93-year-old gran in her own home since September, as our family has become somewhat reduced over the years and she lives alone. She has three calls a day and they offer a friendly face to my gran so it isn’t just a visit, it’s more of a friendship.
My gran still likes
to be independent even though we do a lot for her that she doesn’t realise. Heritage Health Care are always on hand if something has gone wrong or my gran is unwell.
I have great confidence in Heritage Health Care and their team and the communication we have with them is brilliant.
Would highly recommend.

The care package required was discussed, arranged and implemented very quickly by the manager, which enabled my elderly mother to remain in her own home until she died at the age of 95. Heritage Healthcare team looked after her for 15 months by helping her in the mornings and evenings with getting washed,
dressed and undressed, and breakfast and supper being prepared. Communication with myself was excellent, with suggestions for adjustments to benefit my mother and any concerns were promptly dealt with. My mother had several health concerns and the care team were quick to raise any issues that they thought needed attention. The manager always goes the extra mile and I have no hesitation in recommending her and her team which includes the business administration director.

I was very impressed with Heritage Healthcare when they, very quickly, provided care for my father. His care was complex and they did everything they could to support him and the rest of our family. Communication was excellent and they adapted very quickly to his changing needs. The staff are very

The Heritage team have been wonderful in caring for Mum. Although they only supported us at home for 6 weeks, they really got to know her likes and dislikes and we are full of praise for them. The ladies are so kind and caring, show great initiative and deliver care in such a friendly way, that Mum

The director and her team do a fantastic job and have always been very accommodating to my grandparents, from the time of the visit down to the jobs they assist with.
It has given my grandparents the opportunity to stay living independently in their own home, and peace of mind for the family knowing
they are being well cared for.
My grandparents have built a lovely relationship with the carers, and I have seen first-hand carers going above and beyond their duties to ensure my grandparents are ok. Would definitely recommend Heritage Healthcare.

From the beginning, which was 18 months ago, Heritage management has been professional and responsive to all our requests. Nothing was too much trouble even when my mother-in-law changed her mind about what she wanted. Care workers were patient and kind. Any changes to the care workers' schedule was
always communicated and feedback sought to ensure the good quality support continued. Any additional support required with cleaning and laundry were completed regularly. Medication was managed to help ensure it was taken each day. Meal requests were supported and care workers always tried to ensure my mother-in-law was satisfied and enjoyed her food. When we were on holiday staff purchased any food requests and ensured we were informed when required. The management's communication by email, text, telephone and taking the time to explain things to my mother-in-law was excellent. Any concerns were always dealt with in full and quickly to our satisfaction. Care workers were friendly and kind.

The carers that come to care for my dad are thoughtful, kind and hard-working. They chat and reassure him every day and help him with tasks large and small. I have just started using the app and I really like to be able to see the small interactions each day. The manager takes a personal interest and
will spend time chatting to me on the phone if there is a particular problem or task that need attention.

Fiona’s career within the healthcare industry has spanned over 30 years. Having previously worked in clinical practice as a Nurse and spent time in healthcare marketing, sales and training, Fiona went on to work for blue-chip medical device companies where she was instrumental in the development and delivery of clinical training programmes. Utilising her knowledge and experience, Fiona then went on to run her own company, providing healthcare training and consultancy and working with care professionals to provide both mandatory and specialist training. Fiona now takes the role as both Director and Registered Care Manager of Heritage Healthcare Gloucester. Her extensive skill set and leadership qualities enable Fiona to lead and support her Care Team.
