Unexpectantly needed urgent help. The carer who came has been professional and very helpful talking to me as I was depressed. The carer who came to help provide a hot meal was really good and helpful and left the kitchen clean and tidy. Having not been in this situation before, as my husband had a stroke recently, we have been very pleased and grateful to have had their excellent care.

Our Beryl Care emergency carer arrived on 2nd January to look after my mum. The carer was excellent, the family are grateful for all her dedication and care. N was sensitive to mum's needs and communicated with her effectively. We were lucky to receive N's support and miss her. We highly recommend Beryl Care. Thank you.

Fantastic experience - the care was set up as my mum who is carer for my dad (who has advanced dementia) became ill. It was very easy to set up the care for the very next day. Our carer Damaris has been amazing! Caring, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Mum says she anticipates everything that needs to be done without being asked and it has really put our minds at rest! Many thanks, would thoroughly recommend!

This was an emergency care plan which had been arranged by his partner through the Trust for my elderly brother if anything unexpected happened to her as he has Dementia. Unfortunately, in the middle of the night, his partner took ill and was taken to the hospital. From the middle of that day, he has had a live-in carer from Beryl Care. The carer has been wonderful and has been so kind to my brother. He has helped him to get ready for bed, also with his showering, prepared and cooked all his meals. My brother liked to go out for a walk, and he was taken each day by the carer. The service from Beryl Care has been 100% as we have had to change and extend times of caring service at short notice, but they have always been supportive. The carer has been excellent in everything he has done for my brother, and he has taken a lot of problems I could have had as I do not live locally. My brother has been happy with his carer which made everything much easier as well. Excellent Service.

Beryl Care agreed to meet my mother in her own home and the manager & a carer came to check the safety of the bathroom etc.and to discuss live-in care in person. My mother was also able to meet the live-in carer before she moved in - other companies did not offer either service. The main carer was a delightful, warm young woman who made a connection with my mother straightaway. She was kind, gentle, reassuring and nothing seemed to ruffle her. She supported my mother in her day-to-day living, shopping, cooking, cleaning, getting ready, going out. I felt I could trust her implicitly. I was not so happy that the company did not give her all the time off to which she was entitled. My mother was made anxious when she thought a changeover carer was going to come for the day and then this was cancelled at short notice. The changeover carers were all superb, both the 2 male and female carers who made mum laugh and were very supportive. Overall, good quality care with respect.

I would not recommend this care provider under any circumstances. They repeatedly failed to turn up for shifts without any notice; removed a Support Worker at extremely short notice without explanation, leaving my daughter without the vital support she needs; and ultimately withdrew all support entirely, with no communication. Despite emails requesting clarification, I have received no response. Their lack of professionalism and care has been utterly appalling. Avoid this provider.

Once again an excellent prompt service. Kind, considerate, caring, diligent and careful, patiently paying attention to detail. It was lovely that we already knew this member of staff from a previous occasion. Thank you.

We are more than pleased with all the excellent care and support we have had from Beryl Care. Our wonderful carer initially came to us through an emergency care plan to look after my mother who has Alzheimer's when my father was taken into hospital, then stayed on when my father returned home, to help and support him in the early days of his recovery. The care she provided was of the highest quality and was delivered with exceptional kindness, respect and patience, and always with a smile, and my parents loved her. She provided feedback and practical advice relating to our parents' wellbeing which was invaluable, and would do anything and everything she could to help. She made a difficult and stressful time so much easier to get through for all of us and we couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing! We had a delightful young man stay with us for two weeks to look after my husband. What an absolute treasure he is. He looked after my husband amazingly. Would definitely recommend this company. We are seriously going to miss him.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Beryl Care to any other client.

My mother has recently been diagnosed with alzheimers and has never had a professional carer before, always reliant on my father who had been taken into hospital. We needed temporary care cover before family members could be present. At first reluctant to have a stranger in the home my mum felt so at ease and well looked after that 5 stars is the only option here! Thank you Beryl Care it was spot on
