This is a fantastic care company which is really well organised and responsive to communication. Care staff are super; caring, patient, empathetic, kind and thoughtful. It is a pleasure to welcome them into our home to support our son.

During a difficult time we had the best care we could have asked for. Carers arrived on time, were always cheerful and genuinely caring. Each week it was helpful to know who was coming each day. He had recently lost his sight and the team trained so that they could understand the problems he faced.
Accolade worked well with other health providers so that he had the best chance to recover. They day he had a stroke the carer was here and she stayed until a family member came. I really needed the hug before she left!

We have found Accolade to be a very caring and well-organised company. All of the office team are very responsive to any requests or requirements and unlike some companies, we have found that if Accolade says they are going to do something, they actually do it which is wonderful. The carers all seem
to be genuinely caring and quick to note any concerns they may have about Mum's health or wellbeing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and look forward to continuing the very positive relationship we are building together.

We had the services of Accolade for 18 months caring for my husband with dementia. It was an excellent, personal service; well organised, with well-trained, friendly carers and managers. The punctuality and continuity of the rota gave us complete confidence and helped the daily routine to run smoothly.
There was backup if needed and any query was dealt with promptly and thoroughly.
I would certainly recommend Accolade to anyone looking for a provider in this situation.

During a particularly difficult summer (August 2024) Accolade Support and Care really provided our family with all the support that we could possibly ask for and more. They continually look after Mum in a supportive and caring way all whilst continuing to be professional in every way possible.
Mum's
care and shopping needs increased after being in hospital and Accolade provided just what was needed.
They can adapt and pivot to the changing needs of Mum's care which provides me with ongoing reassurance that her care is of a particularly high standard.
Communication is wonderful with the use of the app, out-of-hours number and text/email all responded to quickly which again provides complete peace of mind. To summarise I would have no hesitation recommending Accolade Support and Care to any person or family.

The team of carers who came to visit my mother-in-law were incredibly patient and understanding when caring for her. I was impressed they gained her trust enough to even try the shower, which she vowed would never be possible!
They were prompt with their timings sticking fairly closely to the times
allocated and it was really useful to have the app to see what care was provided and how she was feeling, especially with her poor memory. Although we only used their services for a short time before she went into long-term care, we would have no hesitation about using their care again if she were to return home.

The support and care Accolade Support and Care has given my parents has been wonderful. When we needed to increase the amount and type of care required following Dad's hospital admission, they were able to provide this very promptly, allowing him to be discharged quickly. They continued to be so caring,
professional and supportive during his final days and remain so with Mum now. The staff always treated my parents with respect and dignity, whilst also enjoying times of humour together. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care.

My husband and I have found his carers to be very good. They are prompt and efficient and quite proactive in their approach to the tasks they have to do. A good sense of humour also goes a long way in cheering him up on days when he is feeling a little low. We would definitely recommend this company.

Accolade have been absolutely wonderful with my very elderly mother who has lots of health problems including dementia. She was in hospital for a long time so when she came out we had to change care providers. Thank goodness we did. They are so professional and caring. They go above and beyond and have

The highest standard of care has been provided to my mum over the last couple of years. My mum has been treated with dignity, respect, and humour when appropriate. The care given by Accolade Support and Care Ltd was way above my expectation. All the staff were kind and considerate to my uncle's needs with a cheerful face which made him smile when they came in.
They were always ready to help with any problems he has and the care and compassion they gave him was

I have nothing but praise and admiration for the girls and staff at Accolade, they have gone beyond the call of duty to help and assist the care and support of my uncle, both in his personal and mental care.
As I live 60-odd miles away and visit weekly and when it helps.
The management staff have
been at pains to keep me informed ongoing of any issues or information to allow my uncle to receive a duty of personal and house care and help to keep his independence even to extent of organising fortnightly visits to his favourite places with his trusty camera.

All the staff at Accolade have worked above and beyond their remit as carers for my mother-in-law and have now been looking after her for the last 12 months.
My mother-in-law is not the easiest of people to deal with, but all the girls have taken her tantrums in their stride.
The pressure has been
taken away from the family, and we couldn't manage without these girls. They are angels.
They also keep us informed of any issues and also ask about our welfare too.

The staff at Accolade have been marvellous in their daily visits to my sister and have gone out of their way to go that little bit extra to make sure she has no worries.
The fact that the staff have been willing to do some of her shopping has taken a load off her mind, and their patience and understanding
have been marvellous together in keeping her home clean and tidy.
All this has given me peace of mind, especially as I live in Cheltenham and cannot see her as often as I would like to.
I am so glad to have made the choice of using your company - you are the tops!

The care staff at Accolade have been incredible in caring for my Mum from July 2017 to the end of August when she sadly passed away. During this time, they have been totally professional in all aspects, giving the most compassionate care throughout. Their understanding of Mum's dementia was excellent
and whilst the condition has worsened, they have adjusted and improved the package of care and number of visits seamlessly and professionally. I cannot praise the girls enough for the care and friendship they have provided to my Mum and the family alike. Some of the girls have been with Mum throughout and the teams have rarely changed over the 5 years. Thank you to all the staff at Accolade.

I cannot thank the staff at Accolade enough for everything they did for my parents. Although engaged to care for my mother, they made sure they considered my father too. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they often went above and beyond with what they did. They cared for my mother for a few years
and adapted the rota as this was needed. When my father became ill, they immediately helped out with extra assistance. They have helped both myself and my sister through a difficult time and I highly recommend them to anyone.

If only all care companies were as good as Accolade! The level of care we received was second to none. They looked after my mum as if she was their own. With their help, she avoided care homes and hospitals and was able to stay in her own home to the very end. My mum always looked forward to their visits
and I could carry on doing my own job safe in the knowledge that she was being well looked after.

We were finding it increasingly difficult to care for our 95-year-old mother who was rapidly deteriorating and nearing the end of her life. We wanted to keep her in her own home, but could no longer manage by ourselves, as her needs became more complex. We called Accolade and they came out the same
day. It was like a huge weight had been lifted, the Owner/Manager and her team were outstanding. They were all so professional, kind, and compassionate. They had a lovely gentle way of talking to Mum. They would chat to us after each visit, keeping us informed, and you could tell they really cared. There was continuity of carers, with always one of them having visited before, and they were all exceptional. Thanks to Accolade, we managed to keep Mum at home until she passed away. Their visits gave us total peace of mind, and we were able to spend some quality time with her. We really can't thank them enough and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

For almost 20 years now I have enjoyed helping individuals I care for to live their lives as independently as possible and looking for the right solutions to do so.


The accolade is an extension of the ethos I advocate, which is dedicated to person-centred tailored care, underpinned by transparency and accountability. I take pride in offering a highly responsive and forward-thinking service to our clients which gives great peace of mind that we are always available to help, or if any problems arise. I have a vast wealth of hands-on experience supporting a diverse group of vulnerable adults in the community, including the elderly, individuals with learning disabilities, autism, brain injury and physical disabilities. Over the years, whilst working on the front line of Health and Social Care services I have been committed to offering the very best practices within the care sector.


Along with my previous experience of working as a registered manager for a domiciliary care provider, I hold a level 5 diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, I am a certified Person-Centred Planning facilitator and Moving and Handling trainer.

I am also responsible for the management of the Client and staff rota and for liaising with clients and their families to ensure the services provided by Accolade meet their needs.


I have 13 years of experience in Health and Social Care settings. Predominantly working with adults with learning disabilities, supporting adults with Mental Health and more recently Dementia care and Palliative and End of Life care.
