Excellent service throughout. Very well organised and run business with reliable and helpful staff, a pleasure to deal with.
Accolade provides a wonderful service of care and support delivered with dignity. The management are organised and connected and the carers provide a very personal service to my elderly mother. I know that all at Accolade have my mothers best interests at heart. Thank you.
I have been very pleased with the care and support Accolade have given to my Mum who lives with dementia. We have been through some challenging times. The carers and management team go to great lengths in providing personalised care in a professional and sensitive manner. Communication has been excellent. Mum is now in residential care and Accolade supported us as a family to make this transition. Thank you for all your hard work.
The team are all professional, caring and conscientious. Contact with the office and all admin is very good. The girls who attend are prompt, thorough, professional and caring.
Accolade has supported my elderly father since he moved to Cheltenham last year. They have been able to adapt to his needs as they have developed which has allowed him to live as independently as possible. They have been very sensitive and caring and always put my father first. I have no hesitation in recommending Accolade.
Have always found the Accolade team helpful, polite and arrive on time. The team always go beyond what is needed from them in helping and assisting my Wife. I highly recommend Accolade Support and Care.
I will highly recommend Accolade to any other people who need these services.
Absolutely excellent, skilled, experienced, caring, passionate and very understanding.
Angels of mercy! These ladies are so caring, capable and helpful. They have inspired confidence in their client and we could not have asked for better. They make a lovely cup of tea too!
Their carers are all cheerful, caring, always punctual and treat my husband with respect and dignity.
I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for care in their home.
All the carers of Accolade are very professional. They are pleasant, cheerful and kind. They are thorough, clean and tidy in all aspects of their work. They give the impression that they enjoy their work. They are observant of the condition and well-being of the client. The carers are also very caring and understanding towards the client's wife. They work to very hygienic standards.
Management support is always available and proactive and I am assured that my mother is properly cared for. The overall administration of Angels service pleases. Records of service and times sheets are meticulous, accurate and delivered in a timely fashion.
I would not hesitate to recommend Angels.
Angels provided care firstly for my Mother, who had Alzheimer's, and now for my Father as he becomes frailer. They are a tightly managed organisation and the carers are without fail not only professional but also cheerful and genuinely caring and lovely. I can't praise them highly enough and it is an enormous comfort to know that my parents have been in such good hands in their last years.
We have, so far, been absolutely delighted with the service provided by Angels Homecare Agency, both with the empathic care of my Mother and the efficient way in which the agency is run. Nothing appears to be too much trouble when contacting them, they are always kind, professional and understanding. I thoroughly recommend them.
Angel Homecare Services has been taking care of my mother for approximately two years. She is elderly and no family members are to hand, even though we are in very regular contact and oversee her care carefully.
This service has been wonderful and without them, my mother couldn't have continued to live independently. They administer medication and take care of her needs efficiently, and the carers and cheerful, pleasant and professional. They take careful notes regarding their visits and we always feel that there is continuity between the carers and that they work as a team.
The phone is always answered if you call the office, and they are easy to work with. Invoicing and paperwork are easy and they carry out regular assessments to make sure that the care is current and appropriate.
We would highly recommend Angel Homecare Services to anybody and would be happy to speak in person to anybody who is thinking about using them.

Sophie joined Accolade Support and Care in 2020 and has built a strong understanding of the organisation and the people it supports through a variety of roles. As the Registered Manager, Sophie is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the service, ensuring high standards of person-centred care, regulatory compliance, safeguarding and continuous quality improvement.
Sophie is passionate about promoting independence, dignity and positive outcomes for clients, and is committed to creating a supportive environment where both clients and staff can thrive. Her approachable and compassionate leadership style helps to foster strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals, ensuring care is delivered with kindness, respect and professionalism.

I have worked in the care sector for over 20 years now. Together with other training, I hold a level 5 diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, which I completed in 2019.
I joined Accolade Support and Care in May 2017 as a Field Supervisor and later moved into the role of a Care Manager. My job is to ensure that our clients receive excellent person-centred care, meeting the individual needs and preferences of each person. Accolade works as a team with a positive attitude, ensuring our clients receive quality care. I oversee training our support workers to the highest standard, working alongside them to gain the skills and knowledge to carry out their job effectively so they feel confident to provide safe, honest, respectful care to our clients, making a difference in their lives and giving support to the rest of the family. Together as a team, Accolade achieves providing an excellent standard of care. We are the ‘A’ Team!

I joined Accolade Support & Care in February 2020 as a Support Worker. Since then, I've completed my Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, which supported my progression to Senior Support Worker, and more recently, to my current role as Care Coordinator.
Working as a Support Worker gave me a strong foundation in hands-on care and a deep understanding of the needs of both clients and staff. That experience has been invaluable in helping me carry out my responsibilities as a Care Coordinator with empathy, insight, and confidence.
In my current role, I'm responsible for ensuring the smooth running of staff and client rotas, supporting the Care Managers and handling incoming enquiries. I take great pride in being a key point of contact for both our team and the people we support.
Helping others has always been a passion of mine, and I feel truly honoured to have such an important and meaningful role.

My career in the health and social care sector began in 2012, driven by a strong passion for making people feel understood, listened to, and treated with dignity and equality. Since then, I have dedicated myself to building both experience and knowledge in delivering exceptional care to elderly and vulnerable individuals, with a focus on promoting their health, safety, and independence—particularly within their own homes.
Alongside my hands-on experience, I have a background in teaching, and I completed a variety of training courses; I also hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, which deepened my understanding of conditions such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease and other types of dementia, as well as topics including moving and handling, mental health awareness, and end-of-life care. I look forward to further expanding my knowledge by progressing to a higher-level qualification in Health and Social Care.
In July 2025, I joined Accolade Support and Care as a Field Care Supervisor. I find it highly rewarding to help clients maintain their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. In October 2025, I moved to a role as Recruitment & Training Coordinator- in addition to supporting our clients, I ensure our support workers have the information and tools needed to provide compassionate, high-quality care. My new role is all about maintaining compliance with training requirements and ensuring all HR-related documentation is kept up to date. I also assist with other administrative tasks and support the office team to uphold the high standards Accolade is known for.

My journey with Accolade began in October 2022, when I joined as a support worker for both the complex and community care teams. As an immigrant to the UK, Accolade has become a second home to me—a place where I’ve found shared values in person-centred care, honesty, and integrity. These principles are at the heart of everything I do, both professionally and personally.
I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and am currently working towards my Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership. In November 2023, I was proud to be promoted to Senior Support Worker; I then advanced to the role of Field Care Supervisor. In October 2025, I was appointed a Care Manager, a role that I take very seriously. I also became a certified Moving & Handling Trainer.
In my current position, I continue to provide personalised care that meets each individual’s unique needs by coordinating and overseeing the care and support services for individuals under our care. I assess clients’ situations, create personalised support plans, connect them to appropriate resources, and monitor progress to ensure our clients’ safety, well-being and quality of life.
I also became a certified Moving & Handling Trainer, further strengthening my ability to support the team and ensure best practice in safe care delivery and help maintain the high standards set by Accolade by guiding and supporting staff in correct moving and handling procedures.

I joined Accolade Support and Care in April 2023 as a support worker and later moved into a Senior Support Worker position. Since then, I have been promoted to the role of a Field Care Supervisor. Working alongside this A Team has helped enhance my capabilities; I have always been one with a lifelong passion for caring for others, and Accolade Support and Care has been the right environment for me to ensure that I run with that passion and people-centric vision.
My role as a Field Care Supervisor is to always support the management team in providing the best, most excellent and most preferred person- centred service to all our clients. I complete spot checks and observations to ensure that the care and support provided by our team is safe and in line with the high standards set by Accolade. I also assist with client assessments and making sure their support plans are in line with their personal needs. My role also includes assisting with the shadowing of new support workers as well as leading by example at any given time I’m working.
I am currently working towards my Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care, and together with other training I’ve had since joining Accolade Support and Care, I have a lot of experience caring for vulnerable adults, including those with dementia, learning disabilities and Multiple Sclerosis.
