I am so happy with the care and companionship mum has received from all the staff concerned , their caring is excellent. Mum is so happy seeing the carers each morning who are always friendly and helpful. The daily log/tasks undertaken each visit is noted and available to log on to so I can chat to mum about the visit, is so invaluable to me. Kind Hearted Care really do put my mind at peace knowing mum is receiving a little help and friendship. Thank you.

Kindhearted care provided excellent care & companionship for my 94yr old mother when she was struggling to cope at home on her own. Initially once a day which increased to 4 times a day. Not only did they provide excellent care she also valued their friendship & nothing was too much trouble adapting to her different needs & I would have no hesitation in recommending them for your loved ones.

Kind Hearted care took care of my mother after she had an accident and became disabled for a number of months. During her recovery, she needed personal care assistance and meal prep on a daily basis. This company came to my mum 3 times a day, every day for a few months whilst mum recovered and regained her strength. And they were just wonderful all the staff we met were extremely kind and caring towards my mum and all of us in all honesty. As happy as we were that Mum made a full recovery and was able to regain her independence we were sad to lose the Kind Hearted care team they became a part of the family. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of care company they are a company that can be trusted with your loved ones.

Excellent, reliable, caring service. Staff always happy to help and give advice whenever possible to make Mum's life as pleasant as possible. Owner is always available via telephone and is happy to share her knowledge to ease my concerns as Mum's dementia progresses.

These carers look after my next-door neighbour who has dementia, coming twice a day to do various jobs and give personal care. They are reliable and understanding. I know this from personal experience as they looked after my husband for two years, coming four times a day. They were a great support to me and my family and still check to make sure I'm alright.
