Bluebird Care Walsall have looked after my mother-in-law for the last 4 years. From the start, Bluebird have been brilliant. They are lead by a great manager, who has an outstanding management team to support her, and any queries and concerns are dealt with immediately. Visit times have been accommodated
as requested and the carers always turn up on time and stay for the full allotted slot. The team of carers, are all so understanding and have passion for their job, completely fulfilling the needs of M-I-L. They have built up a rapport with M-I-L, and being housebound she enjoys the conversations. They treat her as a family member. We don't live close by and Bluebird have taken a lot of the worry from us, by organising doctors etc visits and picking up emergency medication from the pharmacy. They also use an app which allows me to keep track of how M-I-L is feeling and eating each visit. I highly recommend Bluebird Walsall to care for your loved ones.

I cannot express enough how brilliant Bluebird have been. The most professional of organisations I have dealt with. They listened carefully and put in place everything we, as a family, needed and more. One of the most important things was the communication, I was constantly kept up to date and that
is so helpful. I felt incredibly supported at a very difficult and unknown time. I'll never be afraid to ask for help again. In a world of change... please don't, you have perfected a very difficult service.

Bluebird are providing an excellent service for my mom and have always proved to be reliable. Carers are always on time and complete the required hours of care my mom needs. We have always found staff to be approachable and understanding. My mom who suffers from dementia is treated with gentleness
and respect and her home also. Communication with staff and management has been comforting as they are always there to listen and provider as much assistance as possible.
We receive calls from Bluebird to check all is going well. When mom was in hospital, we received calls to find out how she was doing, we were not forgotten.
Bluebird staff are always there when I need to call them and ready to listen and help. It is comforting and reassuring to know that when you call, there is someone ready to answer the phone.
It is hard asking for help but Bluebird helps to make that easier. We have a working together experience and this approach is much appreciated.

Carers treat my mother with compassion and dignity, they genuinely care and go out of their way to address her needs, she never feels rushed. She very much enjoys their company.. It is evident they enjoy their work and highly rate Bluebird. There is good communication between carers and with office
staff. It is easy for me to negotiate changes to the care plan. Bluebird have been excellent at times of crisis when my mother has been admitted to hospital. Communication with on-call staff has been invaluable at these times..Bluebird have been very supportive to our family. The application allows me to see what happens at each care visit and this is incredibly useful - carers thoughtfully record their notes.
What is most impressive is that everyone I speak to in the office knows and understands my mother and her needs; many of the office staff have previously cared for my mother.

I approached Bluebird about 18 months ago to see what support they could provide my 90 year old father who lives on his own as his immediate family live abroad and elsewhere in the country. From the first call Bluebird have been outstanding not only in their care for my father but through their extensive
experience, understanding, advice and support.
The needs of my father have escalated in this time and Bluebird have always been on hand to provide advice as to next steps. The manager has provided so much reassurance to us as a family and we have the utmost confidence that the right care is being given. The Bluebird staff who make the calls (or the 'Blue Ladies' as my father puts it!) are wonderful and are so friendly and kind to him. They have spent the time to get to know him as his preferences and we know, without doubt, he's in good hands.
Lastly, the manager and another staff member are always available, respond quickly and nothing is ever a problem. We couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you

My parents received excellent and compassionate care from Bluebird Care for two years. As their needs changed their care packages were updated quickly to address the changes.
As they moved to end of life care at home this year, the service was responsive and very supportive to my parents and myself.
Bluebird Care Walsall made it possible for my parents to be well cared for at home and to remain together right until the end of their lives. If we had not found Bluebird, I don't think this would have been possible.

Bluebird started looking after my mom after a recent fall. From the start the care has been outstanding, the attention to detail is amazing, my mom was reluctant to have carers in her home but now she looks forward to the visits.
The carers that attend to Mom are very professional, caring and understanding.
The
office staff listened to Mom's needs, which was reflected in the care plan and the staff that attended to Mom carry out the tasks professionally and respectfully.
I highly recommend Bluebird to anyone who needs care.

Bluebird Care Walsall stepped up when Dad suddenly needed more assistance. After reassessing Dad at the hospital, a new plan of three times a day was settled on. Dad was very specific about what times he wanted; Bluebird was always able to comply with his request. The carers that came out to Dad were
always keen to get to know him and to do things the way he wanted. They took time to make sure that he was always clean and comfortable. They always cooked him his favourite breakfast and other meals on their daily visits. It became apparent that two carers were needed at each visit, and again, Bluebird was able to comply with Dad's request for specific times. Throughout the month, Bluebird was always at the end of the phone to advise and support me too, as I was unable to visit Dad due to my own forced isolation. Using the app, I was able to ‘see’ how Dad was cared for at each visit. We found Bluebird have always been caring and supportive and would recommend them without hesitation.
