Bluebird Care Walsall have gone above and beyond to ensure all care assistants who visit my grandmother provide exceptional service. She was very anxious to have any help at all, to begin with, but now she looks forward to her daily visits and has forged great relationships with all of the carers that

We have used a number of different companies to source the best possible care for our Grandmother, and Bluebird Care Walsall are by far the best provider we have come across! Nothing is ever too much and this applies to the Care Assistants and the office management team. I highly recommend Bluebird
Care Walsall to anybody looking for care at home for their loved ones, I am very happy with them, I just wish we had found them sooner.

Excellent in every way. From assessment in the home and when speaking to the staff on the phone. My mom loved the care staff she had looking after her. They were very caring and understanding of her needs. Also making her feel valued despite her age. Well done everyone for providing a great service.

The peace of mind Bluebird Care gave to us as a family was immeasurable. After a big surgery, the unknowns are great for a lady of 84 living in her own home. The care given meant that my brother and I could feel happy that mom was well looked after. All the simple but important tasks that needed to
be done were done with care and consideration. The flexibility of the service meant that mom also had the freedom to continue to live her life whilst recovering, but still staying safe.

We at the moment have two or three regular carers who mum and I like very much. They look after us very well and are always polite and considerate and are careful to point out if they have any concerns (an extra pair of eyes). The office staff are always helpful also. Over the years we've learned to
trust Bluebird staff and they are helpful should we need to make changes.

Bluebird Care Walsall have provided us care over the years for my mom. I have always found the care to be very person-centred, and the staff have always shown Mom the utmost respect, especially when maintaining her dignity and also her religious preferences. Their continuity of the staff has been exceptional
as Mom definitely had her favourites! The staff were always quick to notify us of any concerns related to Moms health and deterioration of her condition. On many occasions, we were able to act quickly based on the carers notifying us and get her the treatment she needed. I would highly recommend Bluebird Care Walsall.

Bluebird Care has been wonderful during Covid, very supportive towards both myself and my father. All the care staff have worn excellent levels of PPE, fantastic staff consistency. My father and myself are over the moon with Bluebird Services.

My Bluebird carer is punctual, cheerful, willing and helpful. She is a good listener who has learned my needs and idiosyncrasies. She does not patronise me but is willing to listen to my anecdotes. I look forward to her arrival each morning and feel she and I work as a team.
When she is not on duty
other staff are also caring and lovely.

After researching several care facility providers, Bluebird was selected. Having had 8 months of care, our choice was clearly the correct one. There have been isolated problems associated with timetabling, an inevitable home care difficulty. Despite this, I am extremely happy with Bluebird Care.

I am absolutely delighted with the care and attention given both to my relative and to me, as the person organising the care. In my experience, Bluebird Care Walsall carers and office staff are kind, thoughtful and compassionate. They are very accessible and keep in excellent contact with me to discuss
anything new that has arisen, or that will need to be paid attention to in the future. They are efficient and dependable. I really could not ask for more. Their service is brilliant and I thoroughly recommend it.
