Katie, in most cases, will be the first voice you hear when you call our office. She is responsible for our office running smoothly and ensuring all documents, both Customer and Staff files are up to date. She has also recently been promoted, and her responsibilities now include coordination, making changes to Staff and Customer schedules as required.
Rebecca is our amazing Care Manager and is responsible for carrying out competency checks on all of our Care Assistants, as well as being responsible for having the on-call phone and dealing with any Customer or Staff emergencies. She is also responsible for reviewing the care needs of our existing customers on a regular basis to ensure the care that we provide fully meets their needs.
Rebecca is also a trainer for all mandatory courses.
