She has also recently been promoted, and her responsibilities now include coordination, making changes to Staff and Customer schedules as required.
Rebecca is our amazing Care Manager and is responsible for carrying out competency checks on all of our Care Assistants, as well as being responsible for having the on-call phone and dealing with any Customer or Staff emergencies. She is also responsible for reviewing the care needs of our existing customers on a regular basis to ensure the care that we provide fully meets their needs.
Rebecca is also a trainer for all mandatory courses.
Gemma is our lead field care supervisor and support coordinator.
She is always here to help and support you in anything you need, and is currently completing her qualifications in care.
Kim is responsible for all of our online marketing and advertising, this includes managing our Social Media platforms and spreading the word of the fantastic job that our team of Care Assistants do on a daily basis looking after our Customers.
Amanda is our field care supervisor in the community and has progressed quickly at Bluebird Care. She is responsible for the on-call phone and competencies, as well as dealing with issues.
Juanita is our established field care supervisor responsible for on-call issues, competencies and dealing with any issues.
Nafeesa is a mentor in the community for all staff.
