We were in great need of palliative care help with our mother. 4Life was recommended to us - the only provider that this person would recommend. Although the timing of our request - Covid, school holidays having just started, Brexit - made finding carers really difficult, the manager moved heaven and earth to provide us with some excellent carers. We owe you -4Life is a super agency where the feeling of true care runs through it, from start to finish.

Very professional service. The carers have helped to keep my dad's spirits up, especially during the last few months. They are very good at checking his general health/skin conditions and if they have any concerns, they will always let me know.

Unhappy with care company we had in place, we changed to 4Life Healthcare Services carers. From the very first visits, they were friendly, compassionate, gentle and treated Mum with dignity. Even when she was near the end of her life and could not respond, they chatted to her, explaining everything they were doing. We could not have asked for more, they treated Mum with the dignity and care she deserved. These carers are "true" carers, they love their job, and it shows.

4Life Healthcare Services were a "god send" at the end of my mother's life in May 2020 especially because the country was in full lockdown so access to care services became problematic. All carers, domiciliary and live in treated my mother with utmost respect, dignity and humanity. What was especially helpful during almost two years of 4Life service and support was the establishment of a team of known carers so strong loving relationships were forced. Both mum and family were listened to and challenges overcame through dialogue and shared vision. The leadership is strong at 4Life and permeates to the team. I thank everyone on behalf of my beloved mum and family.

My husband was a terminally ill cancer patient. Initially, the carers came to help him dress/undress and wash. As he became weaker and become bedridden they were coming in 3 times a day so see to his personal needs and eventually, he was having night care as well. He was treated with dignity by all carers until the end of his life.

My carers are always punctual or inform me if they are going to be late. They are very efficient, friendly and caring. They always try to ensure that I am safe and well and have all I need and ensure that I take my medication.

4Life Healthcare Services have been providing 24-hour care and support to my son for two years. The care provided has been excellent and tailored to meet his very complex needs. He is now flourishing, presents as a very happy young man and his anxiety has lowered whereby medication has been able to be decreased. Management are very informative and approachable. I was recommended to contact for 4Life Healthcare Services by my father's GP Surgery to assist with his care. From the initial phone call and setting up the care calls, the team were very responsive to the changing care needs of my father, changing hours, number of visits, providing overnight care and the number of carers attending to meet his needs. The team were all fantastic, friendly and empathetic whilst meeting my father's ever-changing care needs. We couldn't have wished for more from them.
