My father has been using the service since May 2025 following a fall which has affected his mobility. He has a visit four times a day to help him get up, washed and dressed in the morning; meals and medication throughout the day, and going to bed at night.
We are so happy with the care provided. All
the carers come at the same times every day, at the times which suit my father. He usually has the same carer doing all the visits on a particular day, which is very helpful for him.
They are all very kind, respectful and caring as well as being really efficient.
Communication is very good both with the carers and the care coordinator. Any queries from both sides are dealt with immediately, and the coordinators are very understanding and give personal attention to my father's needs.
I have no concerns at all. My father is happy, well cared for and looks forward to their visits.

I don't know what we'd have done without these wonderful people.
Their kindness, accessibility, caring, and attention to detail was outstanding.
They always alerted us to every problem that arose and exactly what procedures to take.

I must want to appreciate one of the A & R guardian employees, he is reliable, honest, kind young man,He has good communication skills and best knowledge of care. he would be a credit to any company that he works for. He attend to my needs and does all his work with smile and diginity.He will never
touch anything sitting around without asking for permission.i really appreciate A & R Guardian Services and i am most happy to have him working in my home.

The carers are always friendly and supportive, they fulfil the appropriate service for her. They treat her with dignity and the care is good value for money.
The carers are on time within their schedule and manage to help her with her cleaning.

Ar carers we're polite and professional so caring for my wife on end of life. This enabled me to care for my wife at home until the very end, which is because we both wanted for our last days to be spent in the usual comfort of our home together. Thank you AR.

Caring for your wife was an honour and you were such a loving couple. It was heart-breaking when your wife passed away. We shared good times and bad times together just like a close family. Not specific - but generally satisfied with the care provided for my Dad. On occasions when it is necessary to make changes or requests, the managers are always available and agreeable. Carers whom I or my sister have met are friendly and kind and have my dad's best interests at heart. They are also
patient , good humoured and understanding.

Generally good care but not consistent. Sometimes have to reiterate what care is provided even if the carers have been there before. Also, Dad finds the frequent change of carers confusing. Time of visit varies though I understand this may be due to the needs of other clients. I have concerns about
how tight catheter straps are and, although I know Dad sometimes puts these on himself, they should be checked each visit as he is high risk for a DVT.

This company is very good, when you get to know the carers some of them can feel like there part of your family, especially if you don't have any family. You get the same regular carers every week so you get to know particular carers better. There's one carer in particular for me that if I'm having
a bad time and struggling as soon as she walks in she just brightens your day. I also have social calls with carers I know well this means we can have a laugh and I enjoy my social calls.

Just want to thank all the team who looked after my Auntie at her home in Exton.
She was a person who knew what she wanted and how she wanted her care to be. While I was present towards the end of her life I can honestly say that the team did their absolute best to accommodate her wishes and showed
genuine "care" for her. This allowed her to fulfil her wish of ending her days at home.
Thank you to everyone at A&R, carers and office staff who work so hard for their clients.
