Krysty and the rest of the team have been helping my mother over the last 6+ months and it has been a huge help to the whole family. The team have been caring, supportive and very flexible to the family needs as they age changed. My mother has built a good relationship with the whole team and really enjoys her weekly trips out to farms shops and the shops plus monthly reengagement events. The administrative side of the business has been spot on and there have not been any issues. I would recommend Bluebird highly

My experience of Bluebird has been excellent. The carers have all been ones my mum got on with very well, and the continuity from carer to carer has been very good - a small cast that she sees again and again, who communicate with each other on the important matters. Their instructions and note-taking are meticulous. The management team are kind, responsive, clear communicators and have frequently shown their willingness to go beyond the call of duty - as have the carers themselves. During the course of several emergencies, Bluebird have proved calm, practical, knowledgeable and diligent. Value for money is a difficult one to calibrate, as this is a service I have never paid for before, and it is of course, in absolute terms, very costly, but my sense is that Bluebird cost a little bit more than another agency I tested out, and the peace of mind they have brought is definitely worth a lot. Overall, I would strongly recommend Bluebird Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham East.

My mother receives home visits from Bluebird Care three times a week. Initially she was unsure about having someone come and visit her in this way, but now she looks forward to the visits and would not be without them. The carers are kind, thoughtful, considerate, patient, caring and professional. This is backed up by supportive, helpful and caring office staff. Regular prompt visits from team. Always pleasant and thorough care given to my husband who has dementia. Our regular carer always enquires how I am feeling and coping - always nice to hear. My husband looks forward to carers coming. Excellent care service and very informative regarding advice given to me to help with ongoing deterioration that occurs with the dementia.

My father-in-law likes his Wednesday's with his carer. She is very understanding, caring and considerate. My father-in-law has Alzheimer's and vascular disease which can make him a little agitated sometimes. However, his carer knows how to talk to him. Thank you for all their help and support.

My carers are efficient and polite and helpful. Any change in the rota, even 15 minutes, makes it difficult as I have diabetes and I'm disabled.
