When my father was discharged from hospital, the discharge staff suggested I contact AA Nursing Care Agency for his morning & evening care needs. It was important to us that the care was consistent, with the same carers attending each day! This has been a success allowing my parents to build a relationship
of trust & security knowing who was to be coming through their door twice a day.


We have found the care excellent, they are caring & patient with my father who has dementia and communication can often be challenging!


Would recommend completely.

The wonderful team at AA Nursing Care Ltd provided outstanding care for my mother, during our 10-day holiday. The nurse who provided the initial assessment was warm, comforting, professional, and thorough. There is something very special about her. Every time I connected with Mum via video throughout
our holiday, Mum was happy and calm. We arrived home, delighted to see Mum so well taken care of, relaxed and joyful. Mum's carers followed our exact wishes, and they went above and beyond, as well! We will hire this outstanding nurse and her team without the slightest hesitation, again. I recommend this team to anyone looking for professional, heartfelt care for their loved one. Thank you with all my heart!

We were very impressed with the AA Nursing Care Agency from the very start. Of the three agencies interviewed we quickly formed the impression that they knew what they were doing. For example, taking care of our mother's skin to ensure she didn't suffer with bed sores.
Whilst initially our mother
was quite concerned about having a stranger in her home literally around the clock, such fears quickly dissipated once she met her appointed carer. It is quite obvious to us that our mother is happy to listen to the carer and take up her suggestions, much more so compared to any of our ideas!
Overall, from our perspective, our mother is now safe and secure in her own home. She even echoes that sentiment herself and it's nice to witness the relationship the two of them have developed.

An amazing service provided by this care team. From the first engagement with the family and then the nightly care service the staff are so attentive to the patient needs and the wider understanding of the family.
The patient as with many did not want care, but always had a smile and bright word
to say when they arrived. Calm, patient, thoughtful and always on time, we couldn't have asked for a better service.

When my father was discharged from hospital, the discharge staff suggested I contact AA Nursing Care Agency for his morning care needs. From his first morning session, my father enjoyed the care he received from the carer. He always arrives on time and is happy and positive and nothing is too much trouble.
After my mother broke her hip I automatically contacted at AA Nursing Care to arrange a live-in carer. She provided carer. I at very short notice just before the Christmas holidays. She has now been caring for my mother for a month. She is doing an amazing job looking after my mother who has dementia and is recovering very slowly with challenging needs. The house is also immaculately clean too. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I broke my left foot, I found this care agency on the Internet. I rang them and was given a lovely person to look after me. My carer was lovely, very polite, kind and caring. She helped to wash and dress and get around the house. I will recommend this agency to my friends and family because they are
very professional. I also like their uniform with the big red heart.

I had no previous experience with the care system either as a service user or for a relative so I was a little apprehensive as to how I would adapt to someone living in. I need not have worried - I have been introduced to 2 polite and friendly ladies who have made sure I am well cared for. It's early
days but hopefully, we won't fall out over the kitchen stove. A certain level of English is important in avoiding "getting the wrong end of the stick.".

My first experience of care so was somewhat nervous. However, staff have been considerate, caring and friendly. Evening and weekend timings a tad haphazard but later times suit me better both with regard to mealtimes and bedtime.
Overall a less "painful" experience than anticipated.

The carers have been looking after my mother for several weeks following her discharge from a care home.
The carers have been professional and have provided exceptional care. They are very patient, exceptional care. They are very patient and understand my mother's needs, i.e. encouraging her to eat
and drink with such kindness and professionalism that she trusts them and feels at ease and trusts them. Mum is greatly cheered when they visit. The family are very impressed with their care.

My mother suffered a major stroke following a hip operation - she is bedbound. The team has provided excellent care. They are professional, caring and helpful. They put the dignity of my mum at the heart of everything they do and respect her wishes and preferences even though it takes time because her
