Very good care management. Always thoughtful and kind. I am treated with respect for my age and poor mobility. I wish to continue with my present arrangements. I am unable to stand and need my Zimmer frame. All my meals are prepared for me and carefully served.

AA Nursing Care have been looking after mum since June 2026 when she came out of hospital. Great service 4 times a day. The carers are so kind and helpful and any issues are resolved immediately with the help of the Management team - who are great as well! At 97, Mum is very happy with her carers and if she's happy, so am I. Highly recommend AA Nursing Care.

The agency itself have been able to offer changes in care at short notice and are flexible in their delivery.

Mum has got MS unable to wash and dress. Was sent a lovely living carer who is kind and compassionate and very excellent at her job. I would definitely recommend AA nursing care to friends and family.

June 25 to current. AA Nursing Care have provided a good service - visiting my partner 4 times a day. Staff are friendly, attentive, caring and are very kind. A few minor issues with timings at the weekends but these have been resolved. Management team are very supportive.

When my father was discharged from hospital, the discharge staff suggested I contact AA Nursing Care Agency for his morning & evening care needs. It was important to us that the care was consistent, with the same carers attending each day! This has been a success allowing my parents to build a relationship of trust & security knowing who was to be coming through their door twice a day.

We have found the care excellent, they are caring & patient with my father who has dementia and communication can often be challenging!

The wonderful team at AA Nursing Care Ltd provided outstanding care for my mother, during our 10-day holiday. The nurse who provided the initial assessment was warm, comforting, professional, and thorough. There is something very special about her. Every time I connected with Mum via video throughout our holiday, Mum was happy and calm. We arrived home, delighted to see Mum so well taken care of, relaxed and joyful. Mum's carers followed our exact wishes, and they went above and beyond, as well! We will hire this outstanding nurse and her team without the slightest hesitation, again. I recommend this team to anyone looking for professional, heartfelt care for their loved one. Thank you with all my heart!

Overall, from our perspective, our mother is now safe and secure in her own home. She even echoes that sentiment herself and it's nice to witness the relationship the two of them have developed.

The patient as with many did not want care, but always had a smile and bright word to say when they arrived. Calm, patient, thoughtful and always on time, we couldn't have asked for a better service.

The carer treated my father with respect and kindness. He was punctual, gave good advice and helped as and when needed.

From his first morning session, my father enjoyed the care he received from the carer. He always arrives on time and is happy and positive and nothing is too much trouble. After my mother broke her hip I automatically contacted at AA Nursing Care to arrange a live-in carer. She provided carer. I at very short notice just before the Christmas holidays. She has now been caring for my mother for a month. She is doing an amazing job looking after my mother who has dementia and is recovering very slowly with challenging needs. The house is also immaculately clean too. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I broke my left foot, I found this care agency on the Internet. I rang them and was given a lovely person to look after me. My carer was lovely, very polite, kind and caring. She helped to wash and dress and get around the house. I will recommend this agency to my friends and family because they are very professional. I also like their uniform with the big red heart.

I had no previous experience with the care system either as a service user or for a relative so I was a little apprehensive as to how I would adapt to someone living in. I need not have worried - I have been introduced to 2 polite and friendly ladies who have made sure I am well cared for. It's early days but hopefully, we won't fall out over the kitchen stove. A certain level of English is important in avoiding "getting the wrong end of the stick.".

I found my carer to be kind, gentle, understanding and treated me with dignity. He is efficient and dependable and I can strongly recommend him. My experience was positive and satisfactory.

The carers have been professional and have provided exceptional care. They are very patient, exceptional care. They are very patient and understand my mother's needs, i.e. encouraging her to eat and drink with such kindness and professionalism that she trusts them and feels at ease and trusts them. Mum is greatly cheered when they visit. The family are very impressed with their care.

My mother suffered a major stroke following a hip operation - she is bedbound. The team has provided excellent care. They are professional, caring and helpful. They put the dignity of my mum at the heart of everything they do and respect her wishes and preferences even though it takes time because her speech is severely affected by the stroke. A superb service.

The carers assured me they were here for us, as well as my dad, near the end of his life. To be honest, there wasn’t much they could do for him but they were so friendly and kind and really encouraged me.
