Fantastic service, friendly, polite and very courteous of Mum's needs. Very informative of anything to do with Mum. Really nice genuine people that care for the whole family.
Hi Jenny, thank you very much for the lovely comments.
I must write to tell you how grateful we are as a family to receive such loving care from the nurses who looked after our mum before she passed away. Very professional in manner and always ready to listen to family members. Any concerns from the family were taken seriously and looked into. Mum always looked comfortable after their visit. Thank you to those nurses who looked after our mum.
It was a pleasure caring for your mother. Thank you for the kind words.
However, there were a couple of occasions which we felt were unnecessary and would like to feedback.
1. One carer spoke in detail and showed photos of other clients who had passed in the hours before coming to care for my father. This concerned us regarding protection of other people's information as we were provided names, locations and photos of other clients, it felt uneasy that our father may be being discussed with others.
2. Carers made comment on a few occasions about the medical treatment that my father was receiving, particularly around the end-of-life medication which he needed to receive, stating that they didn't like these medications. This made it quite difficult for our mother who was then put into doubt as to whether it was the right thing to do, and caused distress.
We hope that this feedback is useful and thank you for the care given.
Dear Debbie, I'm sorry to hear that one of the staff was unprofessional. I can assure you that this will be investigated as we take allegations very seriously. A member of the team will contact you shortly.
We found the level of care given to my father to be excellent, not just from the carers themselves but also from the management team as well. They were highly professional, reliable and took the time to get to know my father so as to better understand his requirements. They were also happy to keep the family informed of any changes to his condition, to assist with any medical needs and would go that extra mile if need be. We were very grateful for the support they showed towards both my father and the family.
Dear Mike, thank you for the kind feedback. Regards.
We have been delighted with our contact with all staff from AA Nursing Care. We have in-care visits on three occasions each day. These are always congenial occasions for my wife and myself. They provide a wider social contact as well as daily support. This is written after only a 7-day first experience to put in perspective.
We have been very impressed with the service of the carers. They have been very attentive and caring towards my father. The carers are generally patient, and understanding, and will attend to his needs. They have demonstrated a positive attitude showing care and sympathy at all times even when he's being awkward or experiencing mood swings. So thank you for your continuous and amazing support.
Mum came home at the end of June for her end of life, and the hospital engaged AA Nursing to take care of her while she was with her family. We met several teams, and each member was kind and lovely, friendly and chatty with Mum when she wanted to be, and quiet and considerate when she was feeling more poorly. They were extremely respectful and professional, and the whole family - not just Mum - enjoyed getting to know them over the fortnight that they visited. We are so grateful for all their help, kindness and care.
All the carers are friendly, attentive, kind, competent, and professional. All the carers treat the client with dignity and compassion - they have done since day one.
Care staff arrived when they said they would. Were very professional and efficient, and took care in changing and bathing my wife. They always left her in a comfortable and settled position with no fuss or rushing on their part. Very pleased with the staff who attended.
Thank you very much, John. It was a pleasure to look after your wife.
The manager is a very friendly person and is very caring to my husband.
The care that was provided to my husband was excellent. The staff who attended to my husband were very courteous and treated him as though he was a friend and nothing was too much trouble for them and my husband looked forward to seeing them at every visit.

The carers were excellent in every way. They called four times a day funded by the NHS. They were kind and caring at all times to my husband and supportive towards me and my son. They kept me informed on my husband's condition and answered any queries I had. I could not fault the teams in any way and would not hesitate to recommend your company. I wish to thank them all for their hard work and dedication.
Thank you for these kind words. I will pass this good feedback on to the carers. Thank you.
Care was set up for my father at very short notice and from day one the care that was provided was first class. There was consistency with the carers who attended; they were all extremely attentive and caring, taking time to build a bond with Dad and getting to know him. They were extremely patient and took account of Dad's needs as his illness progressed. In addition to supporting Dad, they also supported the wider family, reassuring us and listening to what we wanted for Dad. The managers kept in touch throughout ensuring his medical needs were taken care of, chasing doctors, and obtaining advice when it was needed. I would highly recommend AA Nursing Care Ltd, they truly had the well-being of Dad at the heart of everything they did.
Dear Lisa, thank you so much for your kind words, your dad was a lovely man and it was a pleasure looking after him.
The care team looking after my husband were excellent. I can not thank them enough for the compassion they showed in their care.
Dear Sylvia, thank you so much for your kind words. It was our pleasure looking after your husband.
I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received. All the carers have been helpful and cheerful and have looked after me very well.
Many thanks for the positive feedback. Our job is to ensure that we provide excellent service and holistic care to our service user.
The care team were kind and efficient, provided excellent care at a very difficult end-of-life time. The care was faultless, a dedicated, polite team kept me informed and my husband as comfortable as possible. Thank you to the manager and the wonderful staff.
Thank you for your review, we're very pleased to hear you've been satisfied with our service.
Very efficient and caring.
My family and I were treated in the best way possible. The staff were very professional and friendly. Thank you very much.
Thank you Amanda for the feedback. It is our duty to treat everyone with respect regardless of their medical condition, race, sex, religion, age.
I'm very pleased with the help and service I had from the nurse and timekeeping 100%. Very good bedside manner. If ever I needed a nurse again I would ask for the same nurse.
I was interviewed by a member of staff at my home about my requirements. The following week a qualified and experienced lady came to look after my wife during the night. My wife wakes frequently during the night and has to be taken to the toilet so I don’t get much sleep. When she is here, I sleep in the other room and get a good night's sleep, confident that she is well looked after.
