The two gentlemen carers were wonderful. The empathy and care were perfect. They treated my husband with great respect, and the family also. They came every day with smiles. They earned the respect my family and me could give them. Many, many thanks to them.

I was impressed when the carers first introduced themselves with their level of competence, reassurance and treatment of my wife. At all times, they were polite, gentle, patient and sympathetic. I was offered advice and support when I needed it. My wife was at ease with them all the time.

The carers that were sent to care for my dad were absolutely amazing, they are so passionate about what they do, and it is not just a job for them - they really do actually care.
They take time, care and make my dad smile and even me, which is so much more than I ever imagined.

Excellent experience. The manager came out to meet us when my husband was discharged and introduced the staff that would be looking after him. The staff were very considerate and knowledgeable and treated my husband with dignity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

AA Nursing Care is providing care for my mother, enabling her to pass her last days in as much comfort as possible and in her own home. The staff are polite, considerate, thorough, experienced and patient. They show ingenuity in resolving minor, practical problems, I was impressed that a manager with
nursing experience visited and provided valuable advice. It is touching that the staff recognise my mother as an individual, not just a client, for instance, they have noticed that she is reassured by communicating as a miaowing cat, even though she can speak English perfectly well.

I have confidence in the team who care for my mother. The carers are conscientious in their role, competent and caring. They are keen to learn about my mother's particular needs and they treat her with respect. Several carers are now familiar with my mother's situation. Sensibly-managed low frequency
of staff changes and rota ensures good continuity of care. My mother and I both enjoy chatting with the friendly carers during their visits.

I chose AA Nursing Care from a multitude of reviews that I had read and I thought that they would be good. I rang them on a Monday to arrange a meeting, we had the meeting the following day and they started caring for my Mum on the Wednesday. What a service, I did not see that coming. My Mum has dementia
and is 87 years old and quite challenging, even for me and my wife. At first, she was very much against having carers because in her mind she did everything herself and didn't need carers, so wrong and in the end, I had to insist. My mum has two visits a day and the service provided is first class, even when she pushes back, which she does occasionally. I am kept informed if there are any problems, which are few, because of the skill levels of the carer who appears to know how to deal with my mum in a very professional and caring way. I have to say that I am sure that I have chosen to right team to look after my mum. Thank you AA Nursing Care.

I found the carers to be very professional. They attended to my father with care and respect. They were thorough but careful when giving him personal care. It was difficult because my father was bedridden but they showed him such dignity in his last days. They were friendly and supportive. I am extremely

We had a live-in carer looking after my dad for four months. He kept my dad safe, clean and well-fed. My dad was previously very independent and wouldn't always do as he was told but they got on very well mainly due to the carer's compassion. The only slight issue we had was around communication when
the carer didn't answer his phone, this was frustrating at times but didn't cause any significant problems. Overall it was an excellent relationship between all parties.

I must write to tell you how grateful we are as a family to receive such loving care from the nurses who looked after our mum before she passed away. Very professional in manner and always ready to listen to family members. Any concerns from the family were taken seriously and looked into. Mum always

The care my father received was very welcome and we were very happy with the care provided and for that, we are very grateful.
However, there were a couple of occasions which we felt were unnecessary and would like to feedback.
1. One carer spoke in detail and showed photos of other clients who
had passed in the hours before coming to care for my father. This concerned us regarding protection of other people's information as we were provided names, locations and photos of other clients, it felt uneasy that our father may be being discussed with others.
2. Carers made comment on a few occasions about the medical treatment that my father was receiving, particularly around the end-of-life medication which he needed to receive, stating that they didn't like these medications. This made it quite difficult for our mother who was then put into doubt as to whether it was the right thing to do, and caused distress.
We hope that this feedback is useful and thank you for the care given.
