I am happy with the service I will recommend it to anybody.
The team were very caring with my father. They helped him with his washing, cooking and medicines. They maintained his dignity at all times. They were also very well organised and communicated with me on a regular basis. Although they were only with Dad for a short period of time, I was confident in the care he was receiving.

I can highly recommend AA Nursing Care. They looked after my relative firstly on a 3 times a day visit then onto live-in care. The service provided is very prompt when action is needed and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The care manager visited us and explained the service they provided - times, duration etc. The next day she brought our carer, who is a delightful lady who treats my husband with kindness and understanding. She is willing and able to get my husband ready for the day.

My previous agency let me down. I went online and found this agency. Within a couple of hours, the care manager came to do an assessment. She was very polite and professional and put my worries to rest by reassuring me and perfectly explaining everything so that I could understand. I've never seen my mum that happy in a long time with her carer. I'd absolutely recommend this agency to anyone looking for an agency that cares about its clients and provides excellent service.

Amazing service, AA Nursing have been providing care to my mother since the pandemic. I was very happy as well as my mother because this pandemic was very overwhelming for me and my mother.
