I have to commend Nest with working with us as a family to ensure that she was maintained at home, as this was her wish. The communication was key and the two carers were always on hand to discuss and go over a new plan of approach. In the end, I understand nan became a firm favourite of the care team and she as well enjoyed their visit.
I would encourage anyone who is looking for care input to consider Nest as their provider for their loved one.
I had three carers during the ten days I used your service and they were all timely, pleasant, helpful and obliging.
Nest was recommended by the care home my father was in for respite. I felt they would only recommend them if they offered service of a high standard (as they had done) so that inspired confidence.
Care has been excellent and whilst my father was initially resistant, he wouldn't be without them now. He looks forward to his visits and I know someone is checking on him daily which gives me peace of mind. Communication with us is excellent. (I find the portal visit notes invaluable).
My father was desperate to stay in his own home and Nest have enabled him to do this. Despite Vascular Dementia he is still very interested in people and really enjoys his chats with the carers. Not only is he kept safe, but they are providing invaluable company too. It's always difficult instigating care when a parent feels they don't need help, but Nest build a relationship very quickly and our initial worry that they would be dismissed on arrival each day proved unfounded as he's so happy to see them.
The carers tend to go beyond their normal duties to make sure that the elderly are happy and content.
Thank you for doing the very best.
I can rest assured that my uncle is happily taken care of.
Thanks to all the team.
Provide an excellent service for my Aunt who has dementia and any questions i had have been expertly answered with advise given as to how to more forward.
The help that has been given has been very good. I can't fault the care.
The care and assistance we have required have been very good. Being on time has been excellent. Last minute changes and a near to midnight phone call have all been dealt with, with a kind response.
I know it made her look forward to their visits. and lifted her spirits, especially as she was becoming less mobile and isolated. Their Office Management and telephone service is also very helpful and efficient.
The management team have been really fantastic. So very willing and able to do all they can to assist my Aunt in any way they can. They keep me informed of any developments and offer valued advice, guidance and assistance.
Value for money? Oh yes, 10/10!
The standard of care by everyone at Nest has been exceptional. All of the carers are kind, professional, engaging and cheerful. They are really helping my father through a very difficult time and giving me absolute peace of mind.
My mother received the most amazing care and kindness from all of the staff from Nest. They all went above and beyond what was required of them and treated Mummy with the utmost respect and affection. I will always be immensely grateful to Nest for their support and kindness.
All carers have been professional and totally reliable in their contact with my parents. They have quickly established strong, positive relationships with my parents based on mutual respect and trust. The company is very effectively managed and the welfare of the client is the main priority.
A very fast, responsive, professional service with carers of the calibre and personality that quickly won acceptance from a very challenging individual. I would highly recommend Nest.
From start to finish I’ve been very impressed with the service. The management team understood the specific needs of my father-in-law, along with his reticence to receive care of any kind, including in the home setting. They have built a care package around his needs and were careful to involve him in the decision making.
The direct team who rotate care with my father-in-law have been excellent, and have individually built up a good rapport with him, which continues to go from strength to strength. My father-in-law has moved from not wanting people in his home, to now looking forward to their visits. He allows the carers to undertake a number of tasks that previously he refused with the local authority carers.
Nest Homecare and their field based carers provide an excellent all round care service, and I have no hesitancy in recommending the company for any individual requiring care in the home.
Nest Homecare have been absolutely marvellous helping us to look after my 91-year-old sister so that she has been able to stay in her home, which she loves. If Nest Homecare had not looked after her so well she would have had to go to a home.
We live 250 miles away from my sister who lives in Windsor and so it is impossible to help her when she is in difficulties.
Nest Homecare goes several steps beyond what they are employed to do. They have helped in emergencies, such as when my sister's phone was cut off, taken her to her favourite shop when it was not in the carers hours to do so and generally become like family to her.
They are totally honest, help my sister pay her bills and we have no hesitation in letting them sort out private matters for my sister.
In short Nest Homecare are a team sent from heaven. My sister having been rather depressed is happy again and looks forward to seeing the carers who come 3 times a week.
A very professional organisation with well-trained staff who have taken the time to build a great relationship with my mother.
The carers show up on time, are warm and friendly and go the extra mile when necessary.
There is an online portal which allows us to log in and see the notes from each visit. This was new to us but has proved to be invaluable, we can monitor from a distance medications, eating patterns and general wellbeing.
Highly recommended.
I have been impressed by the kindness and full care given to my very elderly disabled friend. The girls from Nest Homecare Ltd are all very friendly, thoughtful and have put my disabled friend at ease. She looks forward to their calls. They cope with difficulties and demands well.
The manager from Nest Homecare came to see myself (son) and my Mum, we also invited another company.
The reason we chose Nest Homecare was a recommendation from another family but mainly because they asked what we wanted and provided it!
Timings, care coverage etc, all exactly what we wanted.
Highly satisfied, and I now have peace of mind my Mum is looked after so I can go to work happy :)
All the carers who've been giving care to my grandfather have been amazing! They genuinely care and encourage him, they talk to him with kindness, assertiveness, and positivity. They always check if everything is up to his standard (they go above and beyond! and always check with us, the immediate family, even though we have total faith and know they're doing a fantastic job!
Absolutely adore the carers and management!
