Overall Experience

All the carers who've been giving care to my grandfather have been amazing! They genuinely care and encourage him, they talk to him with kindness, assertiveness, and positivity. They always check if everything is up to his standard (they go above and beyond! and always check with us, the immediate family, even though we have total faith and know they're doing a fantastic job!

Absolutely adore the carers and management!

From the minute we spoke to Nest Homecare it was clear that their offer was superior to other 'carers' that we had encountered.
More importantly, this expectation has been followed through to the delivery, as they have fulfilled every promise made.
Their client has received first class treatment with dignity and compassion.

Although the first interview was very long, NEST had made a note of everything we had discussed and the carer was more than aware of the needs and so she was prepared and able to give excellent care with TLC and common sense. Thank you.

I have found the carers that looked after my mum to be very kind and helpful and will give more than 100%. I am so pleased and it gives me and my family peace of mind that Mum is being well looked after. I would highly recommend this company.

Nikki is one of the co-founder's of Nest Homecare - her passion for caring is borne out of helping support her elderly father who lives with dementia to stay at home. By helping her father, Nikki realised that there were so many improvements that could be made to his life, and that is her focus on a daily basis.

Nikki lives in with her family in Windsor, holds a BA (HONS) Business Studies degree and many qualifications within the care sector including Level 2 in Dementia Care. Nikki is also a Dementia Friends Champion and an active member of the local Dementia Action Alliance.
