Mum's been with PCS for nearly two years now and she has some lovely carers who look after her and have got to know her well. She has some complex needs regarding medication and diet and her regular carers have done a great job accommodating her needs. Thanks also to the team in the office who are always on hand to take my calls and deal with my concerns.

PCS over the past months have provided excellent professional care. Our primary carer is completely professional, caring, efficient and totally engages with my wife with humour and interest. She is highly trained and is fully aware of the need to top up medication, toiletries and continence requirements. She is more like a family member than a carer. Subsequent carers are also of a high standard. Managment are always willing to meet our needs and willing to change our calls to facilitate trips out. Following an accident, care for myself was exemplary.

My carer has now been coming for over 12 months and we have developed a routine. If any changes need to be made, she makes the necessary change and remembers it. She is very quick and efficient, pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend her.

We used PCS (Personal Care Services) Ltd whilst on a week's break to the area, this was to help with my 86 year old mum's care needs. The care given by all the team was exceptional and second to none. The management kept us informed throughout and went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely exceptional service was provided from explaining the support that could be provided when trying to navigate my way through the care system for my father who needed end-of-life care at home. The care provided was exceptional, considerate and professional at every point. All of the team were thoughtful and caring and provided me with all of the information that I needed when his health deteriorated. I would highly recommend it to anyone who requires at-home care themselves or for a family member. I can’t thank them enough.

Having been a nurse for 35 years I am totally in awe of the carers knowledge and practical abilities. I would also like to say that having such care has given me my sense of being and confidence again. I would like to thank all my carers who, both myself and my family, see as friends and as extended family.

Fantastic carers enter my mum's house every day and they go above and beyond their duties, they make all my mum's meals, wash the pots and make my mum's life lovely. My mum's carers in the morning wash her hair and make her look lovely and her clothes are changed every day.

My husband returned home from hospital in January 2023 after suffering a severe stroke. For three months the team from Personal Care Services has supported and helped my husband each morning with washing and dressing and they have never let us down. A number of carers have visited our home and each and every one of them has provided excellent and efficient care to my husband. We have really appreciated all that the staff have done for us, they have all been very pleasant, friendly, kind and caring and we would have no hesitation in using the services of PCS again should the need arise in the future.

PCS have been providing 4 times daily home care visits for my mum from June 2021 until February 2022, when she went into residential care. During that time she received consistently good home care input. This has given me, her daughter, peace of mind and allowed me to help my mum in other areas.
All the visiting PCS care staff have been friendly and respectful with my mum which has helped her to accept that carer help was a positive impact on her life. Thank you to all the care staff who have visited my mum, you’ve made a big difference to both our lives.

I have no words to fully describe the level of absolute professionalism, love, care, empathy and hope that this organisation brought to our home during my late wife’s most desperate hours. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this care provider. The manager / owner of this organisation is of the highest calibre humanity can offer and in my opinion was a heaven send in our darkest hour. I will never forget.
We can't thank you enough for such a kind, openhearted comment. To be a part of such a special lady's life, was truly our honour, we will hold her memory close within our hearts.
All the team have been brilliant with my mother in law, from the beginning when needs were assessed it was great to have their professional guidance. As her health improved, together PCS and I reviewed her needs and adjusted her care package accordingly. Everything they suggested was in the best interests of my mother in law. As for the carers they are just brilliant, always on time, nothing is too much trouble. They take time with her, they stay and have a chat when they know she is lonely. They have become her friends.
I must also say that if for any reason they don't stay for the agreed allocation of time (this will be guided by my mother in law!) the monthly invoice reflects this, amazing. Our 1st experience of care service and boy did we drop lucky with PCS!
Thank you very much for taking the time out and posting a review. Your kind words are truly appreciated. If there is anything else we can help with don't hesitate to contact us. Kindest Regards, The PCS Team
Very happy with the service delivered by the team, consistent team members as well, meaning they can get to know Mum's individual ways and needs. They show a genuine interest in the welfare of Mum and are a great support to Dad as well.
Any concerns they have, they raise with a family member and are always happy to chase up any appointments or additional services needed.

Carers have given a first-class service. They have been professional, caring and friendly. They have brightened what was a dark time for me.
The family all agree that the carers have been brilliant.
