Thankyou for your kind words, we miss your lovely sister , it doesn't seem the same without her , we loved her popping into the office with her carer for a cuppa and a chat. We always knew this day would come , but its still hard when it arrives ,however she sounds like she has settled into her new home and being nearer her family is a plus. Thank you for choosing Belgrave Care I wish we had supported her from the start but the time we have had supporting her has been so precious. We miss your mum, and she is often talked about amongst staff very fondly. I'm so glad you chose us to look after your her. I wish we had more time with her. Thank you so much for the lovely review of the care we provided for your dad. When we first spoke about the care, I promised you that we would look after your dad and support you and your family. We talked about his needs and call times, which we kept to. I always do my best to recruit people with the same ethos as the office staff Belgrave Care is run on empathy care and support. It's hard to believe there are agencies that don't. It was a pleasure to support him and to make him as comfortable as possible always striving to keep his dignity. Your dad has been a big part of Belgrave Care, it doesn't seem the same without him but I'm sure the staff will want to visit him at his new home (including myself). Thank you so much for this " wonderful " review. Opening this care company nearly NINE years ago, I wanted to give a more personal experience. Taking on the right staff, empathy plays a big part in what we do... from the office to the field staff. I will pass on your sentiments to them both. Thank you so much for your kind words. I opened Belgrave Care 8 years ago, after working for corporate companies for over 25 years. I wanted to give quality service and support customers as if they where our own family, Empathy is so important, and going the extra mile just comes naturally to us. Your Mum is missed I miss the laughs and the conversations we used to have, myself and the staff will be visiting your Mum as she has been a big part of Belgrave care. Thank you for your kind words. We only do what comes naturally to us all! This is the reason why I set up the business, to give a quality service to our local residents of Chester and The Wirral.
