Overall Experience

Unfortunately, our experience declined significantly over time and ultimately led us to move my Nan's care elsewhere.

My Nan has Alzheimer's, so consistency and reliability are extremely important. Sadly, we experienced ongoing issues including rushed visits, inconsistent carers and poor communication regarding care arrangements and invoicing.

Although carers generally attended within scheduled time windows, visits were often much shorter than the allocated call time despite my Nan requiring support with multiple aspects of care. There were also occasions where medication prompting was missed, which was concerning given her vulnerability.

Towards the end of the service, I experienced difficulties resolving account queries, with emails and messages remaining unanswered for weeks despite repeated attempts to make contact.

Some carers themselves were ok, however overall the service no longer provided the level of reassurance and support my Nan required.
