Caremark has provided care services for my sister, who suffers from mixed dementia, for over four years. During this period my sister's capabilities have deteriorated substantially but, with the support of Caremark, she has been able to remain in her own home. The staff have shown themselves to be highly dedicated and professional. The lines of communication between myself and the carers are excellent and I immediately get notified should any issues arise (unfortunately, I live 200 miles from my sister and am unable to monitor her daily health and welfare situation directly). This has been especially important recently, when my sister has been targeted by cold-calling scammers: in this context, my sister's principal carer, Sahithi, has been wonderful in the way that she has handled such situations when she has been in situ. Overall, I find it impossible to find any fault in the support provided to my sister and have no hesitation in recommending Caremark.

Caremark provide live in care for my Dad and his carer is absolutely brilliant; as a daughter it's such a gift to know my dad is safe, happy and comfortable in his carer, Rodica's, care. Caremark have been looking after my father for nearly three years now providing a live in care package within his own home and we are very pleased with the service provided. I was very pleased I was offered the same service as my wife. I have been very pleased with the service. They help me with my washing and dressing I found out that they are very helpful and if I am sore they treat me with care. They are always there to get me ready for my clubs and they ask me what time I have to be ready they ask me if I had a good night. I can't praise them enough for what they do for me.

We have been using Caremark now for the past 4 years. My partner is bedbound and needs help with his meals and personal care. Overall the service has been excellent and my partner likes the regular carers and has a good experience. They are always attentive to his needs and ask him if he is comfortable before leaving him. I can trust them to do their job and cater for his needs when I am unavailable due to shopping or appointments.

I am determined, dedicated and motivated to put all of my experience, knowledge and understanding to lead the domiciliary care service that fascinates and inspires me. Vic has more than 15 years of experience in Marketing and Business Management. He is passionate about bringing his skills into the Health and Social Care sector to mark the excellence of care and aims to provide the highest quality of service.
Dana joined Caremark in 2018 as a Deputy Care Manager.
After she proved her potential in management, we promoted her to a Care Manager working in the Watford office. She comes with a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience as a field care supervisor and care and support worker, as she has been working in the health and social care sector since 2011.
Dana’s role as the Care Manager is to be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, managing the care assistants and office staff, as well as dealing with service users daily.
Dana has successfully completed her NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 5 and is currently working towards her NVQ Level 7 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
