My father's experience with Caremark is mostly very positive, the carers who come have been attentive and supported him as he needs. However what started as 2 different carers covering the required shifts each week, became 3 or 4, although this possibly reflected the fact that it was holiday time, but for an elderly person who can get forgetful these additional unfamiliar people was disconcerting. He appreciates these vital care visits each day and having 2 consistent carers, meant he has got to know them a bit more and vice versa. This continutity is really important. Unsurprisingly each of the carers is different and their approach to my father varies, he is definately happier with some more than others!

We completely understand how important continuity of care is, particularly for an elderly person who may feel unsettled by unfamiliar carers. We always aim to keep the number of carers involved in a package as low as possible and prioritise those with whom your father feels most comfortable. Unfortunately, due to annual leave, sickness, personal commitments and other circumstances affecting carers' availability, we sometimes need to involve additional carers to ensure all scheduled calls are safely covered. We will certainly take your feedback on board and do our best to provide your father with as much consistency and familiarity as possible. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

Caremark has provided care services for my sister, who suffers from mixed dementia, for over four years. During this period my sister's capabilities have deteriorated substantially but, with the support of Caremark, she has been able to remain in her own home. The staff have shown themselves to be highly dedicated and professional. The lines of communication between myself and the carers are excellent and I immediately get notified should any issues arise (unfortunately, I live 200 miles from my sister and am unable to monitor her daily health and welfare situation directly). This has been especially important recently, when my sister has been targeted by cold-calling scammers: in this context, my sister's principal carer, Sahithi, has been wonderful in the way that she has handled such situations when she has been in situ. Overall, I find it impossible to find any fault in the support provided to my sister and have no hesitation in recommending Caremark.

He has been looking after my dad with such kindness, patience and professionalism, and we are extremely grateful for the care and support he provides every day. Vipul is always calm, composed and respectful, and he truly understands my dad's individual needs and routines. He takes the time to make sure my dad feels comfortable, safe and well cared for, which gives our whole family great peace of mind. Caremark provide live in care for my Dad and his carer is absolutely brilliant; as a daughter it's such a gift to know my dad is safe, happy and comfortable in his carer, Rodica's, care. I really feel that all of the Caremark staff care for Dad and us as a family and will do anything they can to help and support us. This care extended out to a friend recently, whose dad needed urgent care in place. Dana, Caremark manager, made this happen for my friend in a very short turnaround time which ensured her dad had the support he needed overnight. Caremark have been providing consistently excellent care since my father was discharged from hospital last November. As a 96 year old incredibly independent man, he was initially reluctant to accept any help offered in his home when he was discharged, but here we are 5 months later with dad saying he doesn't know what he'd do without the care and help he receives three times a day. He now refers to his three carers as his 'number 1 girls' and I can honestly say I don't know how we'd cope without them.
They are incredibly friendly, attentive, caring, and always on hand to speak to regarding ever changing medication needs. They have built such a wonderful, trusting relationship with dad and feel like part of our family. They have always been consistent, supportive, and reliable, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Management and support staff are very attentive, helpful and quick to deal with any issues. I was very pleased I was offered the same service as my wife. I have been very pleased with the service. They help me with my washing and dressing I found out that they are very helpful and if I am sore they treat me with care. They are always there to get me ready for my clubs and they ask me what time I have to be ready they ask me if I had a good night. I can't praise them enough for what they do for me.

Was very happy with the care received overall for my brother. He liked the consistency of the carers available to him as well and felt they understood his needs. They were very kind and considerate and always happy to assist him by keeping everything dignified.
