DarSarno have provided exceptional care for my father since he came out of hospital 4 weeks ago. The carers are wonderful, highly professional, friendly and jolly and really take their time to not only provide care, but also to talk.

We couldn't be happier with the level of care my mum receives from Darsarno. The carers go out of their way to help mum. They are kind, caring and my mum feels very happy and safe in their care. They encourage her to get up, aid with showering and getting dressed. Then make sure her dinner is prepared for her. They also supported my dad after his operation, by taking on rolls he would usually do. Which was a massive weight off of my mine and his, so he could heal quicker and get back to helping with mum. Darsarno have been very supportive with ensuring they visit at a time that suits mum, even when it's perhaps not the most convenient for them. We are very grateful for everything they do! Thank you!

These people make you feel like human beings. They can't do enough for you. They are very helpful friendly and understanding. Anybody needing a bit of support to help you shower get dressed even change bed sheets they will do it for you. They never complain and are always very cheery and happy. I don't understand where they get the energy from

Can't say enough about this care company. Their carers are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. They take time to chat with my mother while caring for her.

My dad has been with DarSarno Care for approx 3 years. During this time the company has grown in size but that growth has not impacted the standard of care given. Last year my dad spent almost a month in the hospital, and the prospect of losing DarSarno as his care provider filled my dad and me with dread. Thankfully with juggling and new staff DarSarno were able to fulfil the package of care. Well done to the whole team.

I have found the standard of care to be good. I have been kept clean, comfortable, and various creams have been applied when and where necessary. Any delay in arrival has been minimal, and I do understand there are other clients and traffic. I have been encouraged to exercise and feel that I am making progress towards being more self-reliant.

The care team currently working with my wife are providing an excellent service. They are all highly professional, friendly, supportive and focussed on helping my wife recover from a stroke. We cannot thank them enough.

If I have a suggestion to improve the service it would be to do with food preparation - carers who are not familiar with how 'older people' might like their vegetable prepped should take time to ask questions. Overall happy with service.

We are extremely happy with the level of care my mum receives. The carers are always polite and professional. They provide a consistent care experience across the many carers working with Mum. The management are always helpful and supportive and easy to contact. Mum looks forward to care visits, everyone makes her feel special and she has formed happy relationships as a result. Excellent service, staff very good. Could not praise them enough.

My father required some care to remain at home and managed to live as normal a life as possible with the help of daily care visits. Staff were kind and considerate and put him at ease, and gave him the care and dignity he deserved. These visits allowed the rest of the family to feel reassured that he was in safe hands and allowed them to enjoy their time with him. Sadly, our father passed away in April 2025. We thank DarSarno for their service and the dedication of their carers for the past fifteen months.

The carers were always on time, cheerful and willing to undertake any task requested.

Mum's care has been consistent with carers, also the agency is easy to contact and very helpful with any request or needs to be met. Punctuality, safeguarding, hygiene, mediation, personal care and health are of the utmost for the carers at every visit to mum. They are respectful, and tidy and care for mum's varing wishes. Mum's pastoral needs are met by each carer in their own way which is a real comfort to us as a family. If needed carers also call with any concerns or to the GP or regarding medication.

I rate DarSarno Care Services very highly and would certainly recommend them.

All the carers treated my brother with kindness, dignity and a caring attitude. They were punctual and always put his mood and behaviour before anything else. Thank you for everything.

DarSarno looked after my 87-year-old dad who has advanced dementia. The male team worked well with my dad, especially one in particular. DarSarno are flexible, for instance when my dad had an early hospital appointment they made sure that dad was ready. Also, when Dad had a fall, the carer stayed with Dad until the ambulance and I arrived. I would recommend DarSarno.

As a family we were very impressed with the manager on her initial introductory visit to my cousin. Her main focus was directed towards him and finding out what his wishes were, with the family secondary to discussion, which is as it should be. Communication has been excellent throughout. The manager is very warm, caring and knowledgeable and has always been very accessible with prompt responses to queries and speedy action when required. The quality of care provided by the carers has been first class. They are well trained, respectful, kind and compassionate and developed very good relationships with my cousin. DarSarno provides a very flexible service and have gone ‘the extra mile’ in several instances, including when an emergency situation arose, which provided untold comfort to the whole family. The manager is committed to improving the service but, in my experience, I would find it impossible to suggest any areas where they could improve. I would highly recommend them.

Dar Sarno cared for my Grandmother for over 5 years - they continue to care for my Grandfather. I am also an owner of a care company and I can wholeheartedly recommend them for the following reasons - 1, They run a safe and responsive service. 2, They are always professional but also became our family and took my grandparents to their hearts. 3, The service has remained excellent over the years. 4, Even when at times the care requirements of my Grandmother were challenging they always showed her kindness and understanding. 5, They have been willing to work with us as a family and with my business. 6, the managers have faced many changes in their business and they are very hands-on and ensure high-quality care at all times.
