Thank for an excellent service and care.

If I have a suggestion to improve the service it would be to do with food preparation - carers who are not familiar with how 'older people' might like their vegetable prepped should take time to ask questions. Overall happy with service.

We are extremely happy with the level of care my mum receives. The carers are always polite and professional. They provide a consistent care experience across the many carers working with Mum. The management are always helpful and supportive and easy to contact. Mum looks forward to care visits, everyone makes her feel special and she has formed happy relationships as a result. My father required some care to remain at home and managed to live as normal a life as possible with the help of daily care visits. Staff were kind and considerate and put him at ease, and gave him the care and dignity he deserved. These visits allowed the rest of the family to feel reassured that he was in safe hands and allowed them to enjoy their time with him. Sadly, our father passed away in April 2025. We thank DarSarno for their service and the dedication of their carers for the past fifteen months.

The carers were always on time, cheerful and willing to undertake any task requested.

Mum's care has been consistent with carers, also the agency is easy to contact and very helpful with any request or needs to be met. Punctuality, safeguarding, hygiene, mediation, personal care and health are of the utmost for the carers at every visit to mum. They are respectful, and tidy and care for mum's varing wishes. Mum's pastoral needs are met by each carer in their own way which is a real comfort to us as a family. If needed carers also call with any concerns or to the GP or regarding medication.

I have experienced three different care companies since 2021, there is no comparison. I highly recommend DarSarno to anyone looking for home care for a loved one, you won't be disappointed.

DarSarno looked after my 87-year-old dad who has advanced dementia. The male team worked well with my dad, especially one in particular. DarSarno are flexible, for instance when my dad had an early hospital appointment they made sure that dad was ready. Also, when Dad had a fall, the carer stayed with Dad until the ambulance and I arrived. I would recommend DarSarno.

As a family we were very impressed with the manager on her initial introductory visit to my cousin. Her main focus was directed towards him and finding out what his wishes were, with the family secondary to discussion, which is as it should be. Communication has been excellent throughout. The manager is very warm, caring and knowledgeable and has always been very accessible with prompt responses to queries and speedy action when required. The quality of care provided by the carers has been first class. They are well trained, respectful, kind and compassionate and developed very good relationships with my cousin. DarSarno provides a very flexible service and have gone ‘the extra mile’ in several instances, including when an emergency situation arose, which provided untold comfort to the whole family. The manager is committed to improving the service but, in my experience, I would find it impossible to suggest any areas where they could improve. I would highly recommend them.

Dar Sarno cared for my Grandmother for over 5 years - they continue to care for my Grandfather. I am also an owner of a care company and I can wholeheartedly recommend them for the following reasons - 1, They run a safe and responsive service. 2, They are always professional but also became our family and took my grandparents to their hearts. 3, The service has remained excellent over the years. 4, Even when at times the care requirements of my Grandmother were challenging they always showed her kindness and understanding. 5, They have been willing to work with us as a family and with my business. 6, the managers have faced many changes in their business and they are very hands-on and ensure high-quality care at all times. DarSarno Care Services are wonderful. Hugely supportive of our family, with flexible arrangements to meet the need of my parent-in-laws. They managed to provide care remarkably quickly upon request (when our previous support decided to terminate her help with no notice at all). The manager and staff are always there at the end of a phone to discuss issues, not that there has been anything from their end that we needed to request to be done differently. The carer supplied was intelligent, caring and made a noticeable improvement to the their well-being. I would recommend them without hesitation.

My wife was bedridden for six and a half years. Two carers from DarSarno Care attended and cared for her needs four times a day for all this time until her death. They never let her down, even during winter snow and covid. Because of their excellent care, she never developed bed saws and on occasion showed sympathy and patients.

DarSarno Care Services cared for my Mum in the last few months of her life and I would recommend them as a professional and caring company. Mum's live-in care started with a national care provider but the care was disappointing so we changed to DarSarno and would recommend them. They are approachable and always have the client's best interests at heart. The carers they provided were always caring and that means a lot when you have previously experienced carers who clearly did not care at all.

DarSarno Care Services cared for my husband in his last few days on 'the end of life pathway' and supported him to come home from the hospital at very short notice. They were incredibly responsive, empathetic, caring and professional, I would definitely recommend them.

Visits were carried out by a small and consistent team, so Mum saw familiar faces each day, and the carers understood her needs and preferences well. Feedback was given on every visit via an online app, which helped us to keep in close touch with how Mum was doing, and the company was also very supportive when she needed help with attending regular medical appointments.
