I found this company excellent, they were very professional but friendly and caring, my husband felt totally at ease with the male and female staff. They retained his dignity at this degrading time, always come in happy and lifted our spirits. Long may they provide this service. I will miss them.

All the staff are very professional in all areas.
My wife had care from March 2018 till January 30 2019, when she passed away in NCH February 19th 2019. The care team from the start were very professional and treated her with respect at all times.
DarSarno Care Services proved to be an ideal company with excellent carers, except for one. Her handling of my wife was disgraceful, especially when dressing and undressing in as much as she pulled her hair and weak limbs. She was of a brusque manner and was always in a rush to finish.
My wife has since died on 24th February 2019.
The care services was beyond words myself and family can't express outstanding services from all the staff and how relaxed they made my father feel while in need of care.
Regular reviews of care package and information. Any issues were dealt with professionally.
For the most part, the home care agency were very good, supportive and they treated their clients with dignity. However, I was worried by the attitude of one member of their carers, who I felt did not pull his weight for the team. I mentioned this to the boss of the agency, who thanked me for letting her know and took prompt action, called in the person in question, who then promptly disappeared after being summoned to her office.
My husband's carers were professional, well trained and knowledgeable whilst also being polite, caring and friendly.
This wonderful team of carers and the manager are some of the nicest people I have met. They not only cared for my husband from the beginning right through to the heartbreaking end. They always had words of comfort for myself and family.
All staff are great and interest and consideration was shown to my husband at all times and always had the time for a chat. Punctual, reliable carers who actually care.
My mother's carers developed a great caring and supportive relationship not only with my mother but my father too. The care and support given to my parents gave the rest of our family peace of mind,
