The carers were always fantastic and treated her like family. What let us down was the so-called out of hours service. In an emergency, support was not forthcoming.

It was an uncommon instance where we could not find anyone to attend to your loved one at 4 o'clock in the morning considering domiciliary workers operate between the hours of 6 am and 10 pm and we hope to do better next time.

We could not fault the DarSarno team who stepped in to care for Mum during the lockdown in January 2021. Great staff throughout the company and Mum got on famously with the carers that came to her on a three times daily basis. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

We had the same four carers (two teams) every day four times. All four were very good, they always left my wife clean and comfortable.
Very friendly and will always be welcome in our home. A big thank you and best wishes to them all.

I would highly recommend DarSarno Care Services. They took excellent care of my mum whilst she was on end of life care. They treated her with such dignity and respect, nothing was too much trouble for the manager and her team. The carers took great pride in caring for her, ensuring her every need was
met and even made her laugh and smile. The service my mum and I received from them were second to none.
I cannot thank you all enough for the way you cared for my mum.

My family cannot recommend DarSarno Care Services highly enough. They helped us out at short notice when my mother had a fall at home. The Deputy Manager and her team are superb and we cannot thank them enough for the help they gave our mother. It was a difficult time for her but she was comfortable
with them at all times and looked forward to their visits. Thank you again.

I am so happy with every aspect of care provided by DarSarno Care Services. The carers are so helpful - they go out of their way to give my husband the very best care. They are cheerful, friendly and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending DarSarno to anyone looking for care services at home.

DarSarno Care Services looked after my mother for approximately 22 months and in all that time the care my mother received from the Care Coordinator and Registered Manager and their team of carers was first class.
It soon became clear that they all really care about their clients and do their utmost
to ensure that every need is met in a timely, compassionate and professional way. The carers take great pride in their role and engaged with my mother on so many levels, always ensuring her physical and emotional needs were met and communicating any issues promptly.
It was with sadness that my mother said goodbye to her carers when the decision to move into residential care was taken. Prior to her move, every carer went above and beyond their role to ensure my mother was comfortable and safe. They always found time to listen and to chat and to react accordingly. DarSarno Care Services continue to enquire after my mother and she remembers them fondly. I can't thank them enough for all they did for my mother.

September 2020:


My dad had been diagnosed with dementia and cancer in the space of 2 months I felt lost and struggled to compute everything. I knew we had to get some care for my dad as I couldn’t be there 24/7 and the council organised DarSarno Care Services.
Initially, I met the Care Coordinator

and later the Registered Manager. What a relief it was to have some help at last, and I couldn’t have wished for a better company to give me peace of mind and to provide care for my dad. They went above and beyond what I would think their normal job role entailed. I mainly dealt with the Care Coordinator and the Manager and they kept in constant contact with me at all times. But all carers were amazing. They also have an amazing online portal which told me how my dad was doing, what he had eaten, medication taken, daily care etc and this was after every visit. And easy to log into at a glance. As I mentioned they went above and beyond in every aspect of my dads care and I could not fault them. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Provided not just the care and support my mother required to continue living independently but also to myself. I was reassured and confident they had mum's best interest at heart. Mum felt cared for fully whilst respected plus looked forward to their visits. The service was very responsive to sudden
changing needs. I saw nothing but genuine care and attention at all levels within the company and professional approach. So happy I chose this care company.

I found this company excellent, they were very professional but friendly and caring, my husband felt totally at ease with the male and female staff. They retained his dignity at this degrading time, always come in happy and lifted our spirits. Long may they provide this service. I will miss them.

DarSarno Care Services proved to be an ideal company with excellent carers, except for one. Her handling of my wife was disgraceful, especially when dressing and undressing in as much as she pulled her hair and weak limbs. She was of a brusque manner and was always in a rush to finish.
