DarSarno Care Services cared for my Mum in the last few months of her life and I would recommend them as a professional and caring company. Mum's live-in care started with a national care provider but the care was disappointing so we changed to DarSarno and would recommend them. They are approachable and always have the client's best interests at heart. The carers they provided were always caring and that means a lot when you have previously experienced carers who clearly did not care at all.

DarSarno Care Services cared for my husband in his last few days on 'the end of life pathway' and supported him to come home from the hospital at very short notice. They were incredibly responsive, empathetic, caring and professional, I would definitely recommend them.

DarSarno provided my mother with an excellent service - professional, friendly and compassionate. Visits were carried out by a small and consistent team, so Mum saw familiar faces each day, and the carers understood her needs and preferences well. Feedback was given on every visit via an online app, which helped us to keep in close touch with how Mum was doing, and the company was also very supportive when she needed help with attending regular medical appointments. I would warmly recommend DarSarno's care services to anyone looking for additional support at home.

The care and level of professionalism that DarSarno give is second to none. My grandfather was reluctant to say the very least, but the DarSarno team appointed a few key workers to take care of him, one staff member was his backbone and he found his life ‘normal’ when she called. I cannot fault any element of care that is provided by DarSarno Care Services, they are exemplary and the people they recruit are caring to the extreme. My grandfather sadly has passed away, his final happiest times were because of the support given by DarSarno and their amazing team. Thank you.

Fantastic team who genuinely care for clients on an individual basis. You guys were so supportive to me, my family and especially my mom after she came home from hospital. You showed her such compassion and more importantly gave her your time to talk and display a friendship more than a service provider relationship. Totally faultless. Thank you.

The carers were always fantastic and treated her like family. What let us down was the so-called out of hours service. In an emergency, support was not forthcoming.

We could not fault the DarSarno team who stepped in to care for Mum during the lockdown in January 2021. Great staff throughout the company and Mum got on famously with the carers that came to her on a three times daily basis. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

The Deputy Manager and her team are superb and we cannot thank them enough for the help they gave our mother. The carers that looked after my husband were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. They were so caring and it made my life easier. They are all so good at their jobs. I would like to say many thanks for all their hard work.

It was with sadness that my mother said goodbye to her carers when the decision to move into residential care was taken. Prior to her move, every carer went above and beyond their role to ensure my mother was comfortable and safe. They always found time to listen and to chat and to react accordingly. DarSarno Care Services continue to enquire after my mother and she remembers them fondly. I can't thank them enough for all they did for my mother.

September 2020:

Initially, I met the Care Coordinator and later the Registered Manager. What a relief it was to have some help at last, and I couldn’t have wished for a better company to give me peace of mind and to provide care for my dad. They went above and beyond what I would think their normal job role entailed. I mainly dealt with the Care Coordinator and the Manager and they kept in constant contact with me at all times. But all carers were amazing. They also have an amazing online portal which told me how my dad was doing, what he had eaten, medication taken, daily care etc and this was after every visit. And easy to log into at a glance. As I mentioned they went above and beyond in every aspect of my dads care and I could not fault them. Would highly recommend to anyone!

For the last 5-weeks of my husband's life, the DarSarno team were a godsend, caring, kind, thoughtful and professional. I would highly recommend them. They made this very difficult time a little easier for my husband and my family. I can’t thank you enough.
