The friendly and kind approach from all the staff is first class. Nothing is too much trouble and every task is given with a smile. My sandwiches are always made with care and attention which I do enjoy. Whenever I need to contact the office the staff are always so helpful and sort out my query immediately.

My lovely mum lives with me and Lapis come to help with her personal care. What actually happens is both of us look forward to our carer coming to the house as she is a genuine, warm, positive and a bubbly kind soul that is simply wonderful. I can here them both laughing and nattering away, and that means the world to me. Truly caring, knowledgeable, professional and an expert in her field. As an example our carer stepped in to speak to the doctors, getting through to the right person at the surgery conveying the correct information expediting assistance from them. That is material in both direct and indirect (reducing anxiety) to us. When our primary carer is not available, more kind staff have filled in, all warm, and professional. We feel fortunate and appreciative. Lapis are flexible and I highly recommend them to anyone for consideration when looking for care services. Thank you.

I knew that after my total knee teplacement surgery I would not be able to cope as I live alone. As a consequence, the twice daily appearance of the lovely carers who came to see me daily for six weeks was more than welcome. In actual fact I didn't really need much in the way of nursing, except with the putting on of compression socks but for practical things such as helping to change my bed and puttin out the bins. The best thing of all was the genuine kindness and cheery demeanour with which they greeted me every day...plus the cups of tea which they regularly made

During that time I have found that the carers have met my needs with courtesy, being both efficient and seeking to respond to my needs with a friendly smile. I recommend LAPIS CARE as a care service which can be relied upon.

Lapris care team are amazing,when my stepdad came out of hospital last year,around August time they began to take care off him ,they supported him in all that he needed,he looked forward to seeing them,they would sit and chat with him,he would tell them bout me and his grandchildren and great grandchildren,they kept me updated with everything concerning my stepdad too which was good as I live in London and having them took some relief and stress off me . I would highly recommend them,my stepdads first care givers were terrible, lapris 100% care for there clients in every way .

Having used Lapis care for another relative I had no issues with using Lapis to care for my brother. All staff are so friendly and helpful to my brother who has ongoing needs. He enjoys the help and company they provide every day. It also gives me peace of mind to know that he has someone calling every morning to help with whatever he might need. I have always found all staff friendly trustworthy and very considerate towards my brother. He says he enjoys their visits as they give him the reassurance he needs to be able to stay in his own home

To have Lapis on board has taking alot of pressure off of me . The care staff are so kind and professional and all want to provide the best care for mum in her late stage of her Altzimers . I have never been so happy as to have that knock at the door knowing help has arrived . Mums care started in September 2025 and they stepped in immediately when mums carer left unexpectedly. Ever since that day they have worked around and adjusted to mums needs with me with this unpredictable illness . I now have peace of mind that mum will have the best care possible and Lapis will support me as they have from the beginning with kindness and understanding. As carers we are often forgotten by society but you're not alone with lapis care .

Carers were prompt and reliable. Hands on care provided. Lapis enabled us to have live in care on a previous recent occasion. Fees were very reasonable. Strongly recommended.

Not only did they provide dignified personal care to Mum, but were always available to give advice to me on Mum's (and my) ongoing needs. They quickly picked up on Mum's love of singing and Mum was greatly cheered by the many "sing-songs" that took place on their visits. At the end of Mum's life, their support was invaluable. A truly professional company with a heart and a soul.

Lapis are absolutely fantastic. They have given such good care to my dad at home. The carers are all so kind. They know and understand my dad and my dad knows them all really well and really enjoys their company. Two members of staff have been fantastic with supporting my dad's complex needs and updating us regularly and have gone and above and beyond to make him happy and comfortable at home. It is a huge weight off my mind living far away to know that my dad is in such good and caring hands. I can't recommend them enough.

Lapis care have just commenced doing fish & chip Fridays once a fortnight - this has been lovely by my mother in law who now does not have to cook on that day

Lapis Care is an established company that was recommended to me and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

All the carers were very helpful and respectful. Always on time and pleasant to talk to. They obviously had been trained well to help in any way necessary. One carer in particular was especially understanding and had a good friendly but professional nature.

We are really not sure what we would do without them.

My husband has a morning and evening care visit, he has PD and needs help with washing, dressing and personal hygiene. Lapis carers are without exception, cheerful, friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble and they are also very supportive to myself. I really would be overwhelmed by it all if it were not for their help.

The client is a private single lady, who doesn't take to intrusion easily, so it was quite a lifestyle change to have to be looked after! Lapis took on the task, and in the main established a good rapport with her that delivered the care and attention she needed. As guardians it is reassuring that there is regular care in place, and very good communication.

Lapis have been an amazing help to me since my partner had a stroke. They come and sit with him so that gives me some time off to myself. They are marvellous and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with a loved one.
