Thank you for taking the time to let us know how pleased you are with the care we are providing and that you have rated us a 4* service. I am assured that the new "key worker" will endeavour to continue with the expected standard of care and support that has previously been experienced and that it will be maintained. I will also ensure that all Carers are reminded to personally let clients know if for any reason they are delayed and I will also speak to the scheduling/on-call team to remind them to liaise in a timely manner if call times need to change in a planned way for any reason.

Many thanks for taking the time to complete a home care review for our care service - I was delighted to see our 4* rating in relation to the care that we provide for your mother. We endeavour to train our staff effectively but are also mindful that some staff are more experienced and have undertaken more learning than others. We do try to be mindful of peoples skills when allocating them to clients so that the overall team of carers for individual clients is balanced in terms of expertise. However, our main aim is for our staff to have a caring disposition that we can then build on in relation to training.

Many thanks for the response that you have taken the time to provide, we note that you are unable to use a comparator but nonetheless are keen to ensure that the service we provide meets your needs. We are delighted that you note 4* for the Carers overall but are also mindful of needing to make some improvements. Our Service Coordinator will contact you to talk in more detail about any issues you may still have and we will work with you to ensure our standards of care and service are maintained/improved in terms of "management".

Meet Our Registered Manager – Ashley
Ashley brings extensive knowledge and experience in health and social care, having worked in both care and managerial roles throughout her career. She is proud to say that the service we provide is truly exceptional, supporting over 70 happy clients across Nantwich, Crewe, and the surrounding villages.
Having started her journey at InSafeHands as a carer, Ashley understands every aspect of the work we do. Her experience enables her to support anyone in the organisation, and we’re truly grateful to have such an amazing and reliable person leading our team.
Since taking on the role of Registered Manager in 2024, Ashley has developed the business to deliver consistently high standards of care. Under her leadership, the service continues to reflect her strong commitment to quality and excellence.
Ashley has a hands-on and inclusive leadership style, always available to support her staff and ensure everyone feels valued and empowered. She strongly believes in maintaining a healthy work–life balance for her team, recognising that happy, supported staff provide the best possible care.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys staying active, particularly through running — a perfect way to recharge and reflect on the positive impact her team makes every day.
Milly joined the company after completing a Business Administration apprenticeship in 2020. She is the main support to both the Service Co-Ordinator and Financial Administrator.
Milly is an asset to our team and very supportive to all the team members, both office and care staff, helping to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure that all the Client's care needs are being met and with staff rostered accordingly. Milly works hard as part of the overall team.
She is planning to undertake further qualifications to take on a wider remit within the company moving forward.
