Thank you so much Liz for your lovley comments. We love mum!
The relationship between our family and the team at In Safe Hands feels like a partnership - all aimed at keeping Mum cared for & safe.
They actively seek & are open to feedback.
Thank you so much for your comments. We really value your feedback and your trust.
The carers are cheerful and efficient, the new ones are trained and shadow initially. The office staff are considerate and listen to my needs and requests.
Thank you so much Cynthia. We really appreciate your custom and your very kind words. We are so pleased you are happy with our service.
We used In Safe Hands for my dad, when my mum was in hospital. They were efficient in the initial call out and always arrived on time, were friendly and helpful. We only stopped using them when mum came home and we no longer required their services. They helped us massively when we needed it.
Thank you so much Alison. We really appreciate your custom and your very kind words. We are so pleased you and your mum were happy with our service.
The careers have supported her well and helped her to adjust to this as being her new normal.
You have also introduced 2 new male carers who have been especially helpful and caring and always go over and above expectations.
Your office staff are always very helpful and I have had many interactions with Sarah and Sam.
I would not hesitate in recommending your agency to anybody needing carers in and have already done this on several occasions.
Many thanks for all your help
I cannot recommend In Safe Hands enough. They have been looking after my dad for about 12 months now, they are all kind, respectful, on time and have really helped dad's mental and physical health. He enjoys spending time with them, and I know dad is safe when they are there. It gives us as a family peace of mind whilst we are at work. It also enables dad to remain in his own home. Thank you for everything you do.
Amazing care was given to my mum. The girls went above and beyond. Support given was amazing from the carers themselves and from the office team. Without them, we wouldn't have been able to keep mum at home. Love and dignity was given to mum right to the end. Help and guidance was given to the whole family. The carers were like family; we loved having them with us. We can't thank them enough.
Carers were very compassionate and got to know and interact well with my husband and me. It is unfortunate that the same carer was not always available; at times we saw several carers over each week; however, all were pleasant, committed and worked hard to understand my husband's dementia & subsequent behaviours.
I would thoroughly recommend 'In Safe Hands.' The staff were caring, patient, helpful and courteous. They gave my father dignity in the last two months of his life. We would have struggled without their assistance and expertise. I can't thank the team enough for what they did for my father. My sincere thanks and gratitude to you all. Love, Loraine and family xxx
1st class nothing is not acceptable can’t make one complaint highly recommended you really are in safe hands. Don’t look anywhere else for a carer. Staff are 1st class above what I had hoped.
They shout for you from another room and expect you to come running because they can't find t-bags or the fridge (I have a tiny kitchen). I have cancelled them as they are not worth the bother and can't be trusted.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we take all our feedback very seriously. We're really sorry to hear that you have not been happy with the experience you have had with InSafeHands. We use all feedback to improve the services that we provide. Despite your concerns, it is good to...
The office staff are attentive and very helpful.
The carers show respect and conduct their duties with diligence.
(Sometimes an 'odd job' man/handy man on your employ would be a good addition to help the carers with some extra duties).
The service provided is excellent by all staff, but two are exceptional.
Thanks so much for a fantastic review of our services. We love to hear such positive feedback about our services.
Only downside is sometimes they arrive too early for the call which is frustrating as I don't like them too early.
Thank you for your lovely response. We will add you to our waiting list for a later call as your needs are very important to us.
All carers provided have been excellent, sensitive kind and flexible. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Initially, starting time was too late and regular changes of carers were a bit off-putting! However, after a few weeks it was possible to bring forward the carers' arrival time and, more recently, we have been looked after by the same two carers. Both are recent arrivals in the UK and both outstanding carers. Now almost part of our family.
Thank you for such a lovely response. We strive for regular carers and to meet clients' needs and this flexibility enables us to achieve our ambitions.
InSafeHands have provided outstanding service with care and compassion and professionalism. They go beyond and above in the treatment of my brother.
Thank you so much for such a lovely review. It's an absolute privilege to care for your lovely brother.
I have been very pleased with the service provided (as stated) I didn't know what a difference carers could have to my lifestyle but I know now-an immense improvement, in company as well as care. I have been fortunate that my main carer for the past year has been consistent and continuity is so important. She has been excellent, caring, chatty, always pleasant and good company.
Thank you so much for your fantastic response. We are glad that you are so happy with the service that you are receiving and that consistency is being achieved.
My experience has been very good. Ups and downs but, on the whole, excellent. I would recommend InSafeHands Ltd.
Carers are polite and friendly and maintain dignity when necessary. At the same time will sit and chat if that's what I want. They go out of their way to help.
Many thanks for the great feedback. We really do appreciate it.
On a day-to-day basis whilst being cared for in my home, I find that I am enjoying interacting with the care staff.
Thank you so much for the positive feedback about our team. We strive to deliver the very best service and are pleased to hear about the positive interactions that you are experiencing.
