Dad's two male carers looked after him for over a year. When he became seriously ill they took on his personal care with the greatest tact and kindness. They were a familiar and reassuring presence for both Dad and my mother when he neared the end of life. Bluebird Care Newport were always reliable
and helpful when I had to deal with the office. I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone.

Best care company I have had by far and I've had quite a few over the years. Office staff try to accommodate as best as possible you don't feel bad like others have if you need to change something. Carers 99.999 would introduce themselves and look at the plan to know what to do. Extremely friendly,
considerate the works, couldn't recommend enough 6*.

I find Bluebird Care Newport a good care company. In my opinion, the carers are very helpful and will go to the local shops for me and buy whatever I need, eg bread, milk and so on )I do pay for these items). I was nervous at first about adjusting to having people coming into my flat who I did not know. However, I soon became comfortable with visits, due in no small part to the fact that the care providers were exceptionally nice ladies, who managed to make me feel more confident in my flat. I have been
very satisfied with the service provided and was very touched by the box of chocolates given to me on the final visit.

The care my mum has received has been excellent. Carers show compassion, patience and appear to genuinely care for my mum's wellbeing, with smiles and good humour most days. Any problems or changes in behaviour are always reported back via the office meaning you can trust mum is being monitored four
times daily. Mum is kept clean and well presented and we like the fact that the same carers look after her most days so she recognises who's calling overall very pleased with the service.
